Your book is all about CS?  Do you make CS to  sell or otherwise use it in your 
work?  It would be nice to have a  book I could hand people since some of my

I experimented with MSM several times and every time I had a severe skin 
allergy, skin rash and severe itch. I only took 1gm a day. Every time I used 
MSM 
it was from different supplier. Was it Herx or my body just disagrees with it?

Emphysema.
I just recently got out of the hospital having spent half of this  year 
already in IC, critical
care and then to the floor, followed by out the door( got to onery  for the 
docs nurses!G
I plan to head out to our local animal feed store this afternoon and  get 
some DMSO and
MSM.   My question is, how much would a  daily dose compromise, and how does 
one
normally take MSM?  I've got 500mg capsules from Walgreens which  state, take 
4 daily.
Do I buy empty capsules, mix in water, or what?  I sit here at  my computer 
daily as long as I can, ingesting 12PPM EIS from my Walreen's  ultrasonic 
mister.  I heard someone say
that if you are on O2 (24/7) that you should not add Dmso to the EIS  as it 
is very dangerous
healthwise.  All, and any help would be welcome as I cherish  each and 
everyone's input!

I'm a least qualified person to give you an advise but I can tell you how I 
took 8 to 10 grams of MSM.  First of all, I bought a 2 lbs can of it from the 
feed store.  I dissolved one scoop of it in half a glass of water to which I 
added a little apple cider vinegar to mask the taste.  It was still bad but it 
was doable. 

Maybe someone else can tell you if it is OK to mix it with vinegar because I 
don't really know.

Well, you can imagine the crap that is being put out
there to panic the masses. At the top he is saying, we
need that Tamiflu. He sat right there and told her we
have the technology to make a vaccine for it NOW. He
also managed to sneak in some hints about how many
birds in asia are moving around so the sheeples in
the world will be clamoring for those chips in the
livestock
I have not been reading my emails enough, what have we
decided to have on hand. I was thinking I read that CS
was not enough? or is it.

I agree with Sam that PayPal is a safe and reliable way for customers 
to purchase the book.   I would be reluctant to pay any other way,

rough time...I am got the msm the same way you did, and I mix mine in 
water...but will leave this up to the expert's as well I don't know if you have 
to build up taking the msm because of the possible die off affect? comment's

I have read different statements about this. The one we are

It says:

Rich Distributing gives a simple MSM rule of thumb, which is to take 
500 mg per 30 lbs. of body weight twice a day.  If you weigh 150 lbs., 
that translates into 500 mg x 5 = 2,500 mg twice a day. It is also 
recommended to take at least ½ (one half) as much Vitamin C as 
MethylSulfonylMethane. For example, if you are taking 2000 mg of 
MethylSulfonylMethane, your body needs 1000 mg of Vitamin C to make 
the best use of the M.S.M.
