  hi ..

rinse your mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide H2O2 is effective for tooth problem
think is the best 1% is enough 3-5 per day about 5-10mnutes each time ...

i have succes with H202 everytime for me it only takes 20-30 minutes to get
rid of the pain ...

or clove oil is an old tooth remedy take som oil on cottonball and put on the
tooth or around ..or just chew on cloves :)

  Hello:

I had a large filling put in one of my molars about three months ago. Last
weekend, there was obviously an infection related to this tooth. The pain
was amost unbearable, went into my jaw and up the back of my head. I tried
CS and TENS but to no avail. The infection went to the gland under my jaw or
lymph node whatever. Had to go on amoxacillin. EVen with that, I spiked a
fever and had chills. Three days left to go on the drug. The pain is
subsiding but the dentist says the tooth is movable and even if it calms
down this time, it will cause problems in the future. I have some options.
  1) extraction 2) extraction and a false tooth installed 3)root canal work-
the latter being the most preferable.

Are there folks out there who have beat this problem using other methods?

Are the peppers you use a variety of cayenne, or some other pepper
entirely?

Be well,

Re: CS>nitrofurantoin

2006-09-08 Thread M. G. Devour
A "liver flush" is usually a protocol of taking stuff orally that
causes the liver and gall bladder to dump the stuff that's clogging
them. One type uses epsom salts to flush you out, followed by lemon
juice and olive oil to trigger a gall bladder purge. Since the bile is
what digests fats, if fast for a while to let it build up, then consume
a slug of fat, it'll produce a significant purging effect.

There are a couple of other "recipes." Go to curezone.com and do a site
search for "liver flush." You'll find several sets of directions.

I've done these and gotten significant numbers of "stones" out.

CS>Re: Root Canal

2006-09-08 Thread M. G. Devour
I already sent this to Ian privately, but now that I see his message
made it to the list after all, here's my answer to him:

--- Forwarded message follows ---
Hello Ian,

Short answer to your question: If you can't save the tooth any other
way, pull it rather than have a root canal done.

One of the main lessons I learned studying up for my dental revision
with Dr. Huggins' group was that root canal teeth are dead, they harbor
bacteria -- EVERY SINGLE ONE, ALWAYS! -- and will slowly poison you if
you keep them in your mouth. The technique cannot be made to work, no
matter how competent the dentist and no matter what he/she says about
them.

See the work of Weston Price, Hal Huggins for more.

I hope you get some good alternatives to try.

Stay well, and root canal free!

CS>Sore Knee update

2006-09-08 Thread Marshalee Hallett
Hi, Folks,
Well my knee was doing much better, until Wednesday when I made a mad dash to
grab the ringing phone, then snap, pop! all over again.
So yesterday I went to a doctor.
Xrays showed the beginnings of wearing out the meniscus cartilege, and the doc
localized the pain in the ligament on the inside of my knee.
He put a patch on it which put cortisone right through the skin, and today it
does feel lots better. I took no pain meds at all yesterday.
I started to take papaya extract yesterday, and noticed last night that the
foot swelling was much less.
Now if it can all heal and get better!! I`m going to try swimming Monday, and
will get a rebounder when I can.
Thanks again, you nice folks, for all the input, you are the greatest!!

Just a thought, for anyone who cares about such things. I do not know if

Hi, Trudy! I have the same problem, like with our ladies' group at
church. Most of what they have to eat after a meeting are food I don't
eat. I almost said "can't", but that wouldn't necessarily be true. I'm
not sure what I reallycan and can't eat, I just try to eat whole foods
that will help my body and not hurt it. Then I juice some vegetables and
cook others over low heat, or steam or bake them. I just drink water at
the meetings and use the time to talk with friends. When I go to
someone's home, or to a church supper, and so forth, I bring my own food.
Sometimes there are foods provided that I feel safe with, but when I have
my own, I know I'm okay. Mostly I only eat meals outside my home with
other members of family. I let the others know how delicious their food
looks, but stick to what I think is good for me. Ruth

Hi again, I don't use Msg either, and almost never eat in restaurants.
I use a celiac diet, although I am not a diagnosed celiac patient. I
read labels. Stick to fruits, vegetables, still eat meat daily since I
have been losing weight and feel I need that. I use brown rice and
old-fashioned oatmeal for grains, also have trouble with the
tomato-potato family and get alot of gas with cabbage family, but try
some now and then. Am also working on getting away from drugstore
variety vitamins. This is hard because so much of theorganic food, etc.
is so expensive. Ruth

I,too, have the high stomach pain . I believe mine is sugar related. I
have found that many restaurants are using sugar to make all their
foods taste better. Msg also causes the pain.

2006-09-08 Thread Robert L. Booth
Hi

In the book entitled Synthesis in Healing by Judy Jacka the author mentions
that the Spleen Chakra relates to the absorption of the Sun. This chakra should
have at least 15 minutes exposure to the Sun once or twice a week. The Spleen
Chakra sends energy to the minor chakras , one of which is the knee chakras.
  Could this help knee problelms?

Re: CS>Sore Knee update ( Sunlight and Work )

2006-09-08 Thread Pat

When husband and I were walking our usual mile on the
neighborhood streets I heard a pop and had pain. I
thought I'd wait to go to the orthopaedic surgeon and
hope to heal. I went 3 months later and found that
the meniscus had torn and then the rough area was sort
of chewing up the cartilage on the bone end. It would
have been much better to go early. The surgeon said
it's just old age...parts wear out (guess I was about
48 at the time). He said squatting is bad for the
knee. Knee felt better after surgery to remove 20% of
the meniscus but now the cartilage is mostly gone from
the medial knee joint.

I've spent lots of time in the sun without sunscreen
because it bothers my eyes and breaks my face out.
The newer ones are better. I mow and prune, do mulch
and plant flowers, plus used to walk for
exercise.(Seldom have been out in the sun without a
shirt hehehe, but it's usually a sleeveless one with
shorts) My bone scan a couple years ago showed a tiny
bit of loss (hip bone), but barely.

Mike D.

Re: CS>Tabasco peppers...

2006-09-08 Thread Dennis Gulenchin

Mike,
I grow "chili" peppers every year to be dried an ground up and the pods
look like the tabasco variety but the plant is not as big or bushy. They
are about a foot high with about 50 pods per plant. There is some good
info and pictures at Pepper Profile: Capsicum Frutescens
  According to
this site, the species name "frutescens" means shrubby or bushy.

Are the peppers you use a variety of cayenne, or some other pepper
entirely?

   Yes, everyone does.

Work is a blessing in disguise. It must be done if one is to be heathy.

People gripe about working and often wish they did not have to work.

Suddenly one day they can stop. Then they find out how much they enjoyed
work.
When the day comes that a person is not able to work, that is when he
realizes how great work really is.

Muscles were made to be used. Without some degree of work, the body will
become sick and diseased.

Ok ... exercise instead of work. Exercise, like work, is measured
with the same unit, foot pounds.

In reality there is little difference.

Most do not know how many horse power a human can develop. I have a
younger friend that at a body weight of 260, could run a mile in 8 minutes.

He was surprised when I told him how many horse power he was producing
while running this mile.
