2009-08-11 Thread Dianne France

When you start taking this supplement is there any danger at starting at full
dose? It helps clean out arteries from what I've read and I know you have
discussed this but at the time

we weren't taking it.

Could it loosen to much plaque at the beginning I guess is what I was asking?
Would starting at a lower dose and building up be more advisable? Since my
husband had by-pass surgery we try to be very careful with his supplements. I
would like to take it for the anti-inflamatory action. I don't have any
problems that I know of in the artery area.

I believe this works in a gentle natural way i.e it digests the plaque
in the arteries without causing a loosening of it. I am using it for
this reason. I would suggest you start at lower dose and then work up
as with most things which are new to you. dee

Hi All,

This is a question about a post by TJ Garland nearly two years ago
and I
quote:

Mike-- just got my issue of Dr. Whittaker's newsletter. Story about
someone with tinnitus like us. Found out that a sonic toothbrush
with a
rubber eraser over the bristles placed below /behind the earlobe a
couple minutes twice a day solved the problem. The patient
noticed his
electric razor helped his tinnitus and decided to try more
vibration.
Whittaker is recommending to his patients.. I bought a Phillips
sonic

toothbrush this afternoon. Will let you know. TJ

Has anyone tried this and if so, what were the results? I don't
recall
ever seeing TJ posting how it worked for him.

Kind regards,

Craig

Wayne said you gotta get the wet processed cold pressed virgin
coconut oil melted to a liquid but you don't want to heat it too much
or it loses its good properties (it melts at 76 degrees). I used a
double boiler cause I keep my house at 74 degrees but you could just
put it outside on a hot day. Then you mix the coconut oil and the
peanut butter half and half. Then you add honey to taste. Then you
pour the mixture into a brownie pan and put it in the fridge. Once
its cold it will harden up and you can cut it into squares. Its a
delicious way to eat a large amount of coconut oil which is really
good for you (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coconut_oil).

Dear CS listers..Here is a snip from a post I sent a friend regarding Black
Salve useWhile thinking about it I just went to
change the dressing with new Vaseline on the BB size  hard white headed cist??
tumor?? ever what, and it looked very oozy.
It's just above my eye brow and I've been using the black salve on it
I squeezed it like a pimple [ which I've done many times during the past couple
years, in vain]
This time it popped out and I picked off what came out but it wasn't all of
it... squeezed again and then took tweezers and pulled the core out, about 1/8
inch more, bloody but very cool event. No pain.
I have CS on it now with bandage... we shall see. Don't really care if it scars
but glad to not have a white knot growing larger on my forehead. YA YA. Later
bud

It's post 2 weeks now and no scar, slight redness which is about gone. Good
job Tel; thanks

You can do this with raw cacao powder, too, and retain the benefits of

destroy the enzymes.

Coconut oil freezes well. You could put the brownies in the freezer for a
while to develop a wonderful fudge-like consistency.

Dianne,
I have used Serrapeptase now, on and off, for years. The brand I am
currently using is Doctor's Best.
One capsule is 40,000 units. The directions say to take up to three a day,
but I always only take one a day and get results. I use them to eliminate
spider veins. It does this beautifully.

I forget who; but, someone on this list (was it Trem?) who overdosed and
caused much medical grief to himself. This is a product you do not want to
overdose on, but instead use with caution. This product really works to
eliminate clogged veins and arteries. If they are in a weakened state, I
can only imagine what would happen. Please google Serrapeptase and read up
on it before you provide it to your husband, especially with by-pass surgery

Could it loosen to much plaque at the beginning I guess is what I was asking?
Would starting at a lower dose and building up be more advisable?  Since my

would like to take it for the anti-inflamatory action.  I don't have any
problems that I know of in the artery area.

CSwayne fugitt-coconut oil

2009-08-11 Thread Jean Baugh
Hi,

At the risk of repeating myself, one of my favorite recipes using coconut
oil is:

1/2 Coconut oil (organic, virgin)
1/2 butter (unsalted because my salt is better than theirs)
Celtic sea salt (ground in coffee mill or it will be gritty), to taste

Mix the three and used at room temperature, haven't eaten anything better as
a spread.

Jean

***

Hey Jean,

Please, continue to repeat yourself!! I guess it was your suggestion of this
recipe that had me make this once (except I don't remember putting salt in it).
But it was delicious - I intend to make sure the recipe doesn't get lost this
time around when I make some this time! My dad ( a coconut lover) moved in
with me a few months ago, and I'm sure he's really gonna appreciate it!

Thanks again!

CSSerrapeptase Spider Veins

2009-08-11 Thread Linda Ellis
Dorothy, can you estimate how long it took on the Doctor's Best (I'm on that,
too, one per day) to see beautiful results on the spider veins.  I should
have taken pics before I started, but I do believe the veins in my legs are
improving - both the tiny spider veins, and I have one more ropey vein in the
calf of each leg which I believe are also improving.  I keep hoping to see some
improvement on a number of scars, but haven't seen that yet - at least not so I
notice.

CSLiposomal Encapsulation Technology: Vit C

2009-08-11 Thread Brooks Bradley
In our recent researches evaluating this technology and, consequently, in searching for possible "process" improvements/modifications which might facilitate the "lay person" an opportunity for a DIY methodology achievable in a home environment---we did achieve some notable progress.
First, a brief summary of our exploratory activity. Our literature searches revealed several companies actively exhibiting valid capability in this area (LET).
Typical, and demonstrably capable, is a company named MICROTEK. Microteklabs.com
   Helpful information is available here.
One fact became obvious, early on, to wit: The truly striking feature of LET was a NATURALLY-occurring characteristic.. and not a man-made process, that was driving this encapsulation process. That is, this process is a function of an automatic, "natural tendency" of certain substances (e.g. phospholipids in this case) to form tiny vacoules or
bubbles---called liposomeswhen in a aqueous solution under certain conditions. "
The keystone activity is that these liposomes automatically fill themselves with whatever aqueous solution they were inbefore they were formed. "This type of bubble, called a membrane, forms a protective barrier around virtually every cell in the human body."
Livon Labs has perfected a process which employs a high-pressure (1700 p.s.i.) discharge system which directs a liquid stream against a forming plate. The high impact forces the phospholipids (soy lecithin in this case) to form liposomesso small they require an electrom microscope for viewing. This technology does not create the LET activityit just enhances it. In our personal researches we have determined the key to exploiting the LET phenomenon appeared to be Livon's application of intense force in their mixing methodology.
Enter the "enlightening" moment. Searching for a method of achieving liposomal encapsulation, it occurred to us to explore ultrasonic stimulation as an option. It worked...maybe not quite as well as Livon's "high tech" brute force approach...but about 70% as well. Plenty efficient for our purposes.
Our vitamin "C" liposomal encapsulation protocol is as follows:
Using a small (2 cup) Ultrasonic cleaner, (Item #03305, obtainable from Harbor Freight @ about $30.00), we performed the following:
  1. Dissolved 3 level tablespoons of soy lecithin in 1 cup of water (preferably distilled).
  2. Dissolved 1 level tablespoon of ascorbic acid powder (Vit. "C") in 1/2 cup
of water.
  3. Poured both solutions together in the ultrasonic cleaner bowl and turned the unit on. Using a plastic straw (leaving the top of the cleaner opened), gently, slowly, stirred the contents. Note: The cleaner will, automatically, self-stop about every 2 minutes. Just push ON button to continue. Repeat for a total of 3 series (6 minutes). By that time the entire solution should be blended into a cloudy, homogeneous,
milk-like mixture. The LET solution is now formed.
   4. This protocol furnishes about 12 grams (12000mg.) of vitamin C product. At 70% encapsulation efficiency, 8400 mg would be of the LET type. This solution will keep, acceptably, at room temperature for 3 to 4 days. Refrigerated, it will keep much longer. We use it so fast around our place...there isn't enough left to be concerned over storage. The "homogenizing effect" is so powerful that after 3 days at room temperature, no precipitation or solution separation appears evident. This type of sequestered vitamin "C" has demonstrated to be, at least 5 times more effective (per volumetric measure) than any other form of orally-ingested vitamin "c"that we have tested. Additionally, it appears to be even more rapid in tissue-bed availabilitythan IV applications. An astounding revelationto us. We estimate the DIY researcher can produce the active LET portion of this solution for 15 cents per gramas against about $1.00 per gram from commerci!
 al sources.
It is my hope that this, limited, explanation of our activities in this area,
is of some value to our do-it-yourself health-maintenance researchers. In any event, this protocol has demonstrated to be n on-toxic and most helpful to OUR RESEARCHES.
Sincerely, Brooks Bradley.
p.s. A larger, more powerful, ultrasonic cleaner is now available at Harbor Freight. Item number 91593. 2+ liters, for about $60.00. Both units have performed quite well for us. Almost as well as our $500.00 lead zirconate titanate, research grade, unit.

made sugar brown for a reason. The brown part has..guess what? chromium.
without the chromium, the body has trouble utilizing the sugar. Causing lots

[David Bearrow] Wayne said you gotta get the wet processed cold
pressed virgin coconut oil melted to a liquid but you don't want
to heat it too much or it loses its good properties (it melts at
76 degrees). I used a double boiler cause I keep my house at 74
degrees but you could just put it outside on a hot day. Then you
mix the coconut oil and the peanut butter half and half. Then you
add honey to taste. Then you pour the mixture into a brownie pan
and put it in the fridge. Once its cold it will harden up and you
can cut it into squares. Its a delicious way to eat a large amount
of coconut oil which is really good for you
   (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coconut_oil ).

   ===

You can do this with raw cacao powder, too, and retain the
benefits of chocolate. Raw honey has healing properties, but when
you heat it you destroy the enzymes.

Coconut oil freezes well. You could put the “brownies” in the
freezer for a while to develop a wonderful fudge-like consistency.

I had something similar and I don't wear a diaper. It just kept
 hanging
on for over 2 weeks. Some days it was quite painful to sit. I
 got some
advise off Curezone. the first thing I did was take a hot sitz
 bath in Epsom
salt and hydrogen peroxide (she could use warm water). Then I
 applied
coconut oil on the area. OMG, in 2 days it was almost totally
 gone. Now I use
the coconut oil at first signs of heat rash or whatever.

In our recent researches evaluating this technology and, consequently, in
searching for possible process improvements/modifications which might
facilitate the lay person an opportunity for a DIY methodology achievable
in a home environment---we did achieve some notable progress.
First, a brief summary of our exploratory activity. Our literature searches
revealed several companies actively exhibiting valid capability in this area
 (LET).
Typical, and demonstrably capable, is a company named MICROTEK.
 Microteklabs.com
 Helpful information is available here.
One fact became obvious, early on, to wit: The truly striking feature of
 LET was a NATURALLY-occurring characteristic.. and not a man-made
process, that was driving this encapsulation process. That is, this process
is a function of an automatic, natural tendency of certain substances
(e.g. phospholipids in this case) to form tiny vacoules or
bubbles---called liposomeswhen in a aqueous solution under certain
 conditions.
The keystone activity is that these liposomes automatically fill themselves
with whatever aqueous solution they were inbefore they were formed.
This type of bubble, called a membrane, forms a protective barrier around
virtually every cell in the human body.
Livon Labs has perfected a process which employs a high-pressure (1700
p.s.i.) discharge system which directs a liquid stream against a forming
plate. The high impact forces the phospholipids (soy lecithin in this case)
to form liposomesso small they require an electrom microscope for
viewing. This technology does not create the LET activityit just
enhances it. In our personal researches we have determined the key to
exploiting the LET phenomenon appeared to be Livon's application of intense
 force in their mixing methodology.
Enter the enlightening moment. Searching for a method of achieving
liposomal encapsulation, it occurred to us to explore ultrasonic stimulation
as an option. It worked...maybe not quite as well as Livon's high tech
brute force approach...but about 70% as well. Plenty efficient for our
 purposes.
Our vitamin C liposomal encapsulation protocol is as follows:
Using a small (2 cup) Ultrasonic cleaner, (Item #03305, obtainable from
Harbor Freight @ about $30.00), we performed the following:
 1. Dissolved 3 level tablespoons of soy lecithin in 1 cup of water
 (preferably distilled).
 2. Dissolved 1 level tablespoon of ascorbic acid powder (Vit. C) in 1/2
 cup
 of water.
 3. Poured both solutions together in the ultrasonic cleaner bowl and turned
the unit on. Using a plastic straw (leaving the top of the cleaner opened),
gently, slowly, stirred the contents. Note: The cleaner will, automatically,
self-stop about every 2 minutes. Just push ON button to continue. Repeat for
a total of 3 series (6 minutes). By that time the entire solution should be
 blended into a cloudy, homogeneous,
milk-like mixture. The LET solution is now formed.
 4. This protocol furnishes about 12 grams (12000mg.) of vitamin C product.
At 70% encapsulation efficiency, 8400 mg would be of the LET type. This
solution will keep, acceptably, at room temperature for 3 to 4 days.
Refrigerated, it will keep much longer. We use it so fast around our
place...there isn't enough left to be concerned over storage. The
homogenizing effect is so powerful that after 3 days at room temperature,
no precipitation or solution separation appears evident. This type of
sequestered vitamin C has demonstrated to be, at least 5 times more
effective (per volumetric measure) than any other form of orally-ingested
vitamin cthat we have tested. Additionally, it appears to be even more
rapid in tissue-bed availabilitythan IV applications. An astounding
revelationto us. We estimate the DIY researcher can produce the active
LET portion of this solution for 15 cents per gramas against about $1.00
per gram from commerci! al sources.
It is my hope that this, limited, explanation of our activities in this
 area,
is of some value to our do-it-yourself health-maintenance researchers. In
any event, this protocol has demonstrated to be n on-toxic and most helpful
 to OUR RESEARCHES.
 Sincerely, Brooks Bradley.
p.s. A larger, more powerful, ultrasonic cleaner is now available at Harbor
Freight. Item number 91593. 2+ liters, for about $60.00. Both units have
performed quite well for us. Almost as well as

Soy is not something to avoid on pain of death but a slow deterioration of
your body which can be blamed on Old Age and probably won't be detected by
you for a long time until you notice the extra pounds creeping up and other
problems highlighted by thyroid problems you didn't think you had. Like
feeling crappy all the time. The soy doesn't do the damage directly but it
does set the stage.
Personally I'm not planning to go that route.

CSLiposomal Encapsulation Technology: Vit C

2009-08-11 Thread Norton, Steve
I think the ability to DIY LET Vitamin C is exciting.

But what other exciting things might be possible with it? Can you use it with
EIS to pass ionic silver through the stomach without conversion to silver
chloride? If you combine EIS/H202 will it better allow the 2 atom silver
particles to pass without conversion to silver chloride?

If you want to alkanize the blood, can you encapsulte sodium bicarbonate or
sodium silicate or some other alkaline substance and have it carried into the
bloodstream without it being neutralized by the stomach acid? ( And should you
ever try that?)

How about using it with EDTA?

Or enzymes?

Or any substance that has problems passing through the stomach?

The possibilities boggle the mind. I guess I will need to learn more about the
LET technology capabilities.
