You can use sugar, molasses, stevia, just about anything to sweeten to
taste. Never drink it straight, always dilute with water, juice, tea,
whatever. Otherwise it could erode your tooth enamel and cause
stomach distress.

If you're taking calcium, make sure you up the ratio of magnesium
to calcium. I would take magnesium to bowel tolerance and back
down a bit. Hydrangea is a great herb to take for stones or
spurs. Add lemon to your drinking water.

Believe me, if you had one you wouldn't have to ask. They are quite
painful no matter where they manifest themselves. They are caused by
an abnormal buildup of calcium where it doesn't belong. Sometimes you
will see the lump, but not always. An x-ray will confirm the diagnosis.

Hey Mike-

Sorry to take so long, been out of town for a few days.

Yes, on empty stomach, 2 hours minimum after eating anything and
preferably
not having eaten too much at that time just to be sure. Sometimes 3-4
hours
since I was really serious about getting the best effect of this.
I did
it
at night merely because magnesium is calming and inducing of sleep
and
because some of these effects demanded being still.

I have another reason for getting into enzymes. My wife has a breast

that was not diagnosed as cancerous, but the surgeon tried to
scare her
into
immediate surgery. We are limited in our options about that here
especially
because of medical mega-corporations moving into the area. So we're
going
alternative. Enzymes are part of what we're doing and I'm doing
everything
she's doing just on general principle. Besides, I have a few lumps
and
such
scattered around and want to see what enzymes will do for them.

There are many excellent enzymes out there, so many that it is
confusing,
but I was really impressed when Bragg's got into the act:
www.braggzyme.com.
It seems to me that Bragg's doesn't get into something that they
don't
totally believe in. I listened to the audio at that site by William
Wong,
over and over and decided this was for me.

We ordered ours from Fubao Health Store in San Francisco and were
pleased
with their price and their free shipping deal over $99. Delivery was
timely.

My wife is eating raw Daikon Radish as part of her enzyme effort.
Supposedly
they help disperse fibro-tumors. We are also considering Lumbrokinase
which
is fairly new. I'd really like to hear from anyone who has taken it.

Hope this helps, Bob/DaddyBob

Re: CS>FLU- trem - mold

2009-10-08 Thread Clayton Family

Dear Trem,

The problem with mold on sheetrock is that 1. the most extremely toxic
variety of fungus is in the gypsum, and when there is a stain from wet
sheetrock, it is fairly certain to be a bad variety. That would be
stachy... and some people do not seem to be very affected by it. Some
of us, though seem to be genetically lacking some enzyme or another
that removes that type of toxin from the body, and it builds up,
wreaking havok. So she could be affected and you not.

Most house inspectors may not be very useful, as there are no good
tests to "prove" a stachy colony unless you can see it and pick it up
with some tape. Since it is anaerobic, it is often not in plain sight.
In my house, it was on the other side of the tile in the shower
stalls- the anaerobic side. It was completely hidden, and yet the
toxins it was releasing nearly killed me. We did get it remediated,
but not with the help of the "experts"- there is so much
misinformation; and even well meaning people can have VERY incomplete
info on what to do about it. It took us some trial and error before we
had it beat.

About the flu- I had some nasty awful flu last winter, the CS seemed
to make it worse.

My son 23, just got the flu, high fever, body aches, bad cough. He did
a fair amount of cs and it did help. He was only on his back for one
day, but was sick for about a week, + or -.

Maybe 4 years ago I got a flu vaccine variation (a couple of drops
under the skin of the forearm), but it was to see if my immune system
was functioning or not from the mold exposure. But the doc said it
would also confer immunity to that variety of flu for life. It was
also not the thimerosol preserved one, his had to be in the fridge.

The doc that was linked to in a previous post has done some good work
in that area. I have not read his remediation book, though, maybe it
came out after I was done.

Best Wishes with all of it,

Kathryn

Re: CS>gunky dog earss - CS / DMSO

2009-10-08 Thread Bob Banever
Dianne,

It depends on what is causing the infection in the ears. If it is yeast
(very common, usually brownish gunk) then vinegar will deal with it quite well.
Use white vinegar and dilute it 5/1 with water (5 parts water, 1 part
vinegar). You can use a cotton swab to GENTLY clean the ears with the same
solution, but first fill the ear canal with the liquid and then massage it in,
then let the dog shake it out as much as possible. CS will deal with bacterial
or viral problems, not yeast IMO. Mites might need a mitecide of some sort.

If you use a chemical miticide the DMSO could transport it into
the body and across the Blood Brain Barrier so be careful on
the timing.

I would not treat for mites unless you know that is what it is
since the treatments are mostly chemical.

And if it is yeast you are not addressing the yeast by treating
for mites since the treatments are different.

It was my husband. He has tried to take glucosamine but it causes him

MSM definitely, I would not use MMS in eyes, no way.
My recipe for eye drops is to almost fill a clean dropper bottle with
EIS and add a few drops of 99% pure DMSO, say 3 to 5 drops for an ounce
bottle. Then added a few more drops until it gets to where it starts to
feel uncomfortable. at that point I dropped back off a couple drops, and
that is where I stayed. Don't remmember how many drops I ended up with.

I read that straight DMSO in the eyes will reverse cataracts, and I
tried it in one eye only. It was painful enough that I never got the
nerve to do the other eye, and have never done it again, LOL.

Some people add MSM to eye drops as well, but MSM burns my eyes so I
don't use it in the eye drops.

Re: CS>Bone spur

2009-10-08 Thread Marshalee Hallett
CMO is made from beef tallow, it was developed at Stanford University
Medical Center. It works by turning off the T4 white blood cells somehow, so
that they stop eating the joints, instead of invading pathogens, like
they`re supposed to do. Once they are stopped, the body can (hopefully)
heal. My friend had good results in her sore hands and so on, but her knees
are so far gone, they are being replaced. One is done, and she feels vastly
better with it. The next one will be replaced next month.

Hey Mike-

Sorry to take so long, been out of town for a few days.

Yes, on empty stomach, 2 hours minimum after eating anything and
preferably

I did

it

I have another reason for getting into enzymes. My wife has a breast

We ordered ours from Fubao Health Store in San Francisco and were

My wife is eating raw Daikon Radish as part of her enzyme effort.
Supposedly
they help disperse fibro-tumors. We are also considering Lumbrokinase
which
is fairly new. I'd really like to hear from anyone who has taken it.

Hope this helps, Bob/DaddyBob

OK, from now on, I`ll let the List know whenever I "get" anything!
Believe me, it is not a nice thing to have, as almost all of the things I
sense include fatalities.
The actual warning sensations are not nice either. I don`t know why this
happens, at times I wish it wouldn`t...
I sense quakes, landslides and avalanches with the same sensation, but air
crashes and such are different, as are weather things, like tornadoes, floods,
and hurricanes.
I reiterate, `tis weird.
I had an ancestor who did this too; back in the late 1800s she told her coal
miner hubby not to go to work one day, no matter what. He didn`t go, and was
the only man in his shift to survive a terrific methane gas explosion in the
Utah coal mine that day... (The explosion blew a coal car over a mile across
the valley, as if it were shot from a huge cannon!)

FWIW, I also use my EIS as mouthwash, swishing and holding as long as I
can or have time for. For nebulizing (pet with chronic upper respiratory
infection that sometimes needs a bit of extra help) I use a mix of
EIS-MSM-DMSO. For eye and nose drops, a mix of EIS-DMSO. For most

I no longer swallow any EIS on a daily basis, but I take about 4 oz for
any GI upset. My cats get straight EIS as their drinking water. Moving
from 50/50 EIS/distilled water to undiluted seems to have really helped
my asthmatic cat. We have controlled her environment to the extent that
she was only having approx 1 attack per year, but since switching to
straight EIS as her only drinking water, she is way overdue for her

Re: CS>gunky dog earss - CS / DMSO

2009-10-08 Thread Garnet
CS alone will leave the ears too wet. Most of the time it is
yeast
not mites. If the dog has food allergies, most often to the
grains
wheat in particular, in dog food then the problem will not
go away

until the allergen is removed. Heavy ear flaps can also keep the
ear overly moist and encourage yeast in which case maintenance
cleaning and treatment must be ongoing.

DMSO is good a drying out moist tissues, but even with DMSO
mixed into the CS I would not be putting a lot of liquid in
the ear.

ACV is also a good cleaner.

If it is wheat allergy the dog needs to be kept off all
wheat even

treats. This is probably the most common cause of recurring
ear infections in dogs.

Re: CS>FLU

2009-10-08 Thread Garnet
I have not found CS alone to be enough to keep me from
getting the
flu or get me over it when I do get it. That is why I keep
other flu remedies
but also use my CS. I think it works great with DMSO in a
nebulizer for
lung stuff and is a good way to get it to the blood stream
although you
can't take in as much as you would be able to drink, it is
going directly
to the blood with a nebulizer. Orally I would mix it with at
least 10% DMSO

to achieve better tissue distribution.

Coughing is a hallmark of H1N1, some run a high fever too
although
not all. Older people tend not to run as much of a fever.
But some of

them do.

Pneumonia is what most people die from that get the flu.
With H1N1
the reason more young people die is that they produce more
cytokines

which causes fluid in the lungs ~ in H1N1 they are warning about
"Cytokine Storms". Some amount of cytokines are good.

My niece was taken to the hospital with it, she is 20, they
kept her

there five hours, on oxygen and sent her home with oxygen so she
could breathe.

Oh, the mold problem mentioned, there is a solution. Get a spray bottle

Hi Garnet, do you just pick a cupful (?) or so of leaves straight from
the tree?

In answer to the subject matter - Flu. I had a bad dose of flu around
ten years ago and as I also suffer from mild asthma it really knocked me
for six. Took a good three weeks before I was up and about again. At
this time I found out about colloidal silver (from a friend) and have
never been without is since. In the years since during the winter months
I've had cold symptoms a good few times but CS has always come to the
rescue and by morning all has been well. There has been a couple of
times when my symptoms lasted a couple of days and I was left wondering
if I'd caught a flu bug and not just an ordinary cold. At no time did I
have take any time off work but did feel a bit washed out in the evenings.

We're just (hopefully) coming to the end of our winter down this a way
and up until last Sunday I could have reported all the family had
remained cold and flu free. The dreaded swine flu has been doing the
rounds of the area so when I awoke Sunday morning with ' the symptoms' I
got a little concerned. Have spent the last four days, including Sunday,
treating myself with CS, increased iodine intake, MMS and Liposomal C.
Can't say I would have taken time off work but was dammed glad I am
retired so could take it easy. Appetite was affected as was sleep all
topped of with head and body aches. Last night (Wednesday) I slept well
and woke up feeling fine this morning. Drove into town for weekly shop
and a coffee returning home early afternoon for lunch. It's now 4pm and
I still feel tip top so hopefully it's all behind me now.

All this leads up to the question - seeing as how CS is so good at
dealing with colds and the flu etc just how is one to tell what one may
have. When one has a cold and deals with it with CS how will we ever
know if it was just a cold or something much worse?

Anyone got any ideas?

Best wishes to all, Roger B
NZ

P.S. I should maybe add that I've not had any sort of flu shot despite
my doctors suggestion that I really should being an asthmatic.

I have wiped out many a cold with EIS and sometimes Olive Leaf Extract.  If you
catch them early enough, and have a reasonably good immune system, it is quite

The iodine might help. I also had been advised to try iodine and I put it off
till about a month ago. I now use Lugol's daily and have cut back on my use of
EIS because the iodine seems to be working for me. I don't know if it will help
a cough though. .
One other change I have noticed is my whiskers turning from grey to black.
Still seems odd to me when I look in the mirror. Been grey for 20 yrs and blond
before that

me for a month but kept up with the CS. That is all I have taken besides cough
drops. I was not prepared for this and sure won't go looking for leaves. LOL
I have been rather disappointed that the CS didn't knock it out as I drank a
lot all through the day. Sprayed my face, nose, ears and throat. It's the cough
that has been the worst. Did spit up some blood.
Oh, Roger mentioned taking some Iodine along with CS. Would that help me?? I
have some here.
Oh, the mold problem mentioned, there is a solution. Get a spray bottle and mix
3/4 Hydrogen Peroxide with rest water and spray away. Got this info from a man
who helped with the FEMA trailers. You can also add to your clothes wash and
will not discolor. I would avoid that shot no matter what.

Hi Leslie,

Nebulizing and drinking CS helped me last spring with the pneumonia research I
did.

Lypo-CS is another possibility for research.

A solution of 50% each of CS/3%H2o2 put in ears till bubbling stops while
laying on side is another thing people have done in their research.

Another idea...A neti pot or other method of getting salt water into sinuses
such as putting the face into a big basin of warm salted water.

In answer to the subject matter - Flu. I had a bad dose of flu around ten
years ago and as I also suffer from mild asthma it really knocked me for six.
Took a good three weeks before I was up and about again. At this time I found
out about colloidal silver (from a friend) and have never been without is
since. In the years since during the winter months I've had cold symptoms a
good few times but CS has always come to the rescue and by morning all has been
well. There has been a couple of times when my symptoms lasted a couple of days
and I was left wondering if I'd caught a flu bug and not just an ordinary cold.
At no time did I have take any time off work but did feel a bit washed out in
the evenings.

We're just (hopefully) coming to the end of our winter down this a way and
up until last Sunday I could have reported all the family had remained cold and
flu free. The dreaded swine flu has been doing the rounds of the area so when I
awoke Sunday morning with ' the symptoms' I got a little concerned. Have spent
the last four days, including Sunday, treating myself with CS, increased iodine
intake, MMS and Liposomal C. Can't say I would have taken time off work but
was dammed glad I am retired so could take it easy. Appetite was affected as
was sleep all topped of with head and body aches. Last night (Wednesday) I
slept well and woke up feeling fine this morning. Drove into town for weekly
shop and a coffee returning home early afternoon for lunch. It's now 4pm and I
still feel tip top so hopefully it's all behind me now.

All this leads up to the question - seeing as how CS is so good at dealing
with colds and the flu etc just how is one to tell what one may have. When one
has a cold and deals with it with CS how will we ever know if it was just a
cold or something much worse?

  Anyone got any ideas?

Best wishes to all, Roger B

P.S. I should maybe add that I've not had any sort of flu shot despite my
doctors suggestion that I really should being an asthmatic.

If it were my dog, I would probably treat for both.  I think DMSO added would

Re: CS>FLU

2009-10-08 Thread Peter Converse
Hi Trem,

If inclined, you may have an environmental house inspector in your area who can
run some tests to investigate the possible mold issue and its severity. Some of
the worst molds, I have read, are not as visible as we'd expect but can cause
severe health problems from A to Z which can go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for
years if not addressed at the root by a physician with a background in this
area. Hopefully, this is not the situation in your case.

Here's one doc claiming to have a handle on this issue:

http://www.personalconsultcart.com/webdocs/Items/Details13.cfm

I read some stats on Dr. Mercola's site a while back which seemed to support
the opinion that flu shots are ineffective in preventing influenza. I also
wonder if, from what I've read, that they may actually cause more illnesses
than they prevent in the long run.

*A possible research project which might interest you when the right time
arises is making some Lypospheric EIS by following Brooks' recipe for Lypo-C
and subsituting EIS for all the DW used and leaving out the vitamin C. This
project could be combined with another involving nebulized EIS.*

Boosting the immune system with Immutol, for instance, or mushroom extracts may
be another area of research to consider. Supplementing with L-Lysine and
Vitamin C, selenium, zinc, Vit. A, Vit. E, Vit. D, B Vitamins and reduced
glutathione in Lypo form or with its precusor amino acids avavilable through
undenatured whey protein are more possibilities. Increasing consumption of
antioxidants other than those already mentioned is another idea. Good old
garlic and ginger need to be remembered too. Allimax products are another
possibility.

These are a few research ideas to consider, as stated, and are not medical
advice. Please consult your physician for diagnosing and treating medical
conditions and for any medical advice you may need.

Peter

p.s. I have picked up flu bugs this year but my research in eradicating them
was useful to me. Greater prevention is my next area of research.

My experience has been that swishing and brushing CS helps only with
surface infection and plaque.

If you have pockets of infection, you would need to use something like
CS with 20%, by volume, of DMSO. Swish this in the mouth for up to 5
minutes. Repeat daily for as long as it takes, depending on how bad
the infections are. The DMSO will allow the CS to penetrate the
tissues. Otherwise, the CS will only work on the surface tissues.

Also, get one of those rubber dental probes, such as they used to have
on the bottom of toothbrushes years back. Use the point, gently, to
trace between the teeth and gum, with the tip pointing towards the
gum. Then insert the rubber tip between each pair of teeth and and
press Up or Down towards the gum (on the upper jaw, press up, on the
lower jaw, press down). This presses the puss out of the pockets.
You can press the gums with your finger too, from the gum towards the
tooth for deep pockets on the sides of teeth.

I know DMSO tastes terrible, but one can get used to it (I did), and
it is not as bad as some other things...

This WILL get rid of most of the problem.

MMS has been known to help with killing germs and tightening gums, but
I have read many reports of people who indicate that it affected their
enamel because it was too acidic. Be careful...

Believe me, if you had one you wouldn't have to ask. They are quite
painful no matter where they manifest themselves. They are caused by
an abnormal buildup of calcium where it doesn't belong. Sometimes you
will see the lump, but not always. An x-ray will confirm the diagnosis.

I don't have an answering post yet, so I will chime in here. The
recipe I am
familiar with is 1 tablespoon ACV (apple cider vinegar - preferrably
raw,
like Bragg's) and work up to 1 teaspoon of cayenne. Mix in 1 cup of
warm or

cool water and drink/

Hi Zoe,

Do you have the recipe?

Once upon a time I had bonespurs on both heels- quite painful and
one

on my wrist just below the thumb joint which interfered with thumb
movement and was also quite painful.

I also had some painful hemorrhoids for which someone advised I put
some cayenne pepper in some Bragg's Raw Apple Cider vinegar. This
seemed really strange to me but others on the list verified it
worked so
I tried it.Not only did it clear the rrhoids after about 3
weeks I

noticed that all the bone spurs were gone as well. That was several
years ago and none have come back.

When you get a chance would you please describe what you're doing
with

(digestive enzymes), as well as product source and maybe pointers to
information you've found useful? I think either or both of these
therapies
may end up being part of my own path to recovery.

My wife has a breast
lump
that was not diagnosed as cancerous, but the surgeon tried to
scare her

into
immediate surgery.

CS>Bone Spur and ACV

2009-10-08 Thread djphelps

>I wonder if anything natural I could take would disolve it?
>Donna ACS

I have heard about Apple Cider Vinegar helping to dissolve them. I mix equal
parts ACV with mother, lemon juice, and raw honey and take 2 Tablespoons when I
remember. It's a bit tangy, but the honey helps a lot, and it's all good for
you.
My husband took some when his back was bothering him. Seemed to help.
It's supposed to help lower blood pressure and alkalize the blood, too.
I've also heard of another recipe with equal parts ACV and honey with garlic.
Now that would be interesting to taste...

Re: CS>FLU

2009-10-08 Thread Dorothy Fitzpatrick
Unfortunately CS doesn't seem to deal with the cough. We have always
taken it here when we have picked up colds or viruses from other
people, and it does lessen the symptoms and shorten the duration, but
it doesn't just wipe it out. As there is no cure for colds I suppose
if it did, we would all be millionaires! I don't know what the MO is
for coughs so if I did, I suppose it would explain why CS doesn't stop
it.
One thing, proteolytic enzymes are supposed to be a good thing to stop
viruses, because they eat the protein coating that viruses wrap around
themselves to stop the immune system from attacking them. dee

won't go looking for leaves. LOL I have been rather disappointed
that the CS didn't knock it out as I drank a lot all through the
day. Sprayed my face, nose, ears and throat. It's the cough that has
been the worst. Did spit up some blood. Oh, Roger mentioned taking
some Iodine along with CS. Would that help me?? I have some here.

Oh, the mold problem mentioned, there is a solution. Get a spray
bottle and mix 3/4 Hydrogen Peroxide with rest water and spray away.
Got this info from a man who helped with the FEMA trailers. You can
also add to your clothes wash and will not discolor.

I would avoid that shot no matter what.

Best to all.
