It's better to start with rain water with any water filtration, as it's
more alive and it contains far less pollutants than tap water.

rainwaterharvest...@yahoogroups.com has a lot of good info for setting up a

OK,
I am finally considering low dose naltrexone for the systemic
inflammation.  I know a number of my fellow and gal list members are on
this regimen so can we open a discussion?  Is it something I will need to
do for the rest of my life or is it withdrawn after a period of time? Where is
the best place to obtain it at a reasonable price?  Are there any side

Thanks for any help you can give.

I actually have a hive, and get my own honey and honey for the rest of
my family from it. No question it is pure for us. Even if you get it
from a beekeeper, it will likely have miticides in it, so ask them if
their hives are treatment free. Probably 90% of the beekeepers use
poisons in their hive for mites. I am in the other 10%, no chemicals,
pesticides, miticides, antibiotics, and no feeding of sugar or corn
syrup. That is the only way to get 100% pure unadulterated honey.

As you say, the only honey to get is honey from the beekeeper (if

and in all probability has additives which slows down the action of
setting hard and going sugary whilst in storage.

Re: CSarthritus

2013-08-15 Thread ASL
Gail:
I forgot to answer your questions:
The Glutathione Recycler SM is to treat both Hashi/chronic fatigue/FMS. I
learned, after so many years of being in severe chronic pain --- that when
I became pain-free, I had so much more energy. Dr Geronimo warned me to
still take it easy because my adrenal system is still healing. But I didn't
listen to him and was acting like I could conquer the world and naturally,
relapsed into chronic fatigue. When I was pain-free, I realized the
connection of severe pain contributed severe chronic fatigue... makes sense
now since the body has been working so hard to defend and repair itself.
Thanks to Dr G, I was able to go back to work part time and be a productive
citizen again.
Some folks believe that fibromyalgia is a disguised mask from
Hypo/hyper-thyroidism. I did noticed when I was on natural compounded
porcine thyroid medicine, my pain was greatly reduced 7 years ago. Then
about 3 years ago, the pain returned and I had to change my diet but it
seems once the inflammation passed the point --- even a strict diet didn't
help with chronic fatigue which I found out to be very low cortisol
(adrenal exhaustion). So have an ND or DC check your cortisol (saliva test)
--- it will prove throughout the day when it's too low or too high and they
can help you get it back to normal. That should then help reduce chronic
fatigue too.

PS
Ask Dr Rommel Geronimo if he can help you treat fibromyalgia--- and if the
supplements he prescribes would help your case:
http://fecsd.com/About_Dr.html

If you choose to see him, he will make you take a lot of tests to rule
anything out- hopefully your insurance will cover it. These tests are what
allopathic doctors do not use/not believe in. When I showed that I had
parasites which was another contributor to chronic fatigue/pain they
didn't believe me. It took me 3 mos to rid the parasites and only then Dr G
allowed me to take supplements for the inflammation. It would have been a
waste of my money/effort to take them if the parasite were just to cancel
it out. So glad he discovered this.

Our atmosphere is also full of Fukushima radiation which also comes down in

poisoning us. Do our present available filters remove DU and radiation?
Please anyone know if filters work on above pollutants?

As you say, the only honey to get is honey from the beekeeper (if that's
possible), all other honey has been blended and tampered with and in all
probability has additives which slows down the action of setting hard and
 going sugary whilst in storage.

Be aware that over 90% of the honey sold in the US is fake. If you want
real honey, get it locally produced by a beekeeper. All the major brands

OK, I am finally considering low dose naltrexone for the systemic

Are there any side effects?

What matters is that it is honey local to you because then it's made
from pollen in your area. A national brand will never meet that
criteria. You also want it raw, not processed. Not only is it helpful
for arthritis but allergies and many other conditions, especially when
mixed with organic apple cider vinegar. Together it's called honeger . I
get my honey from local feed stores.

Just read an article ago the bees thrive better in NYC where there are
hardly any pesticides on the plants. Waldorf has bees on their rooftops and
have consultants to help them with those bees. The bees fly to Central Park
to eat. Very interesting article. Some honeys are red, orange, depending
on what they ate.

I hope that no-one is dissuaded from using K2 because of your experience.

No doubt you experienced increased tooth sensitivity, but for what reason?
I would hesitate to propose a direct cause and effect relationship between
K2 and tooth sensitivity as a general principle. I know you have some
extreme health challenges, so there may be something going on because of
this.

Just saying.
