I use CS everyday - I was just so appalled by a response elsewhere to my
suggestion that they use CS that I posted it here - my next step was to
suggest to the person who wanted the info that they join this list to learn
more - no one has quoted the FDA I was just horrified at the response
sharing my horror of the unconverted to the converted. No biggie.

Isn't quoting FDA grounds for getting booted of off the list?
Why is someone on the silverlist when they don't think it's safe or anyone
to use. Sounds like they are trying to sell their safer yet admittedly
 toxic oils.

 Hi Everyone,
Simply type in 'Colloidal Silver dangers' in any search engine and you will
get plenty of legimate websites with FDA research results stating the unsafe
or side effects of using colloidal silver supplements.

I just did a brief search and came up with several sites explaining the
dangerous side of effects of using colloidal silver. Ingesting silver is
toxic and the damage done is not reversable.

There are many MLM companies saying it is safe to use colloidal silver but
MLM companies, as we all know, have a lot of hype to sell products.

On the other hand essential oils when used in proper amounts by diffusing
them, inhaling them or as a massage oil or lotion in the proper percentages
will help with many health concerns. Your body doesn't store essential oils
in the body, it eliminates them usually within a few hours.

Please note: Do not ingest essential oils unless they are prescribed by a
licensed medical practioner. You do not ingest essential oils for health
concerns - in the USA - if you are an aromatherapist - you know that the FDA
rules do not allow us to tell folks to ingest.

We can have you Gargle a diluted warm water solution with a drop or two of
essential oils added but you would 'spit' it out and not swallow it.

Please note that Sweet Birch and Wintergreen are not true essential oils and
as such will accumulate in the liver. They contain methyl salicylate and it
is widely known that salicylates are toxic and need to be used with caution.

The best suggestion for Laryngitis is still to inhale essential oils that
reduce inflammation such as the Chamomiles or even Eucalyptus oils. See my
previous post of an article written with suggestions to help in particular
 for laryngitis.

I'm sure there are a few herbalists on this list that may know of polstices
or balms that can be used on the throat region to help with the inflammation
 also.

I have to disagree with that.  It isn't the inert mercury fillings -- whether
loose or solid -- that is the problem, it's the outgassing of mercury when
certain acidic things that we eat or drink interact with the metal filling.
That's pretty much daily dosing.  And it certainly is a problem -- a possible
cause for MS, among other things.  A good book to read on the topic is called
*The Poison in Your Teeth* by Dr. Tom McGuire.  Another one is *Uninformed
Consent* by Dr. Hal Huggins.  Eye-opening.

In my opinion, since most adults likely don't get many shots, they therefore
aren't exposed to much in the way of mercury from vaccines.  And if they're
smart, they avoid vaccines entirely if they can.  But people can't avoid the
mercury in their mouth -- especially if they're unaware.  Just my HO, of course.

FWIW, I wouldn't personally be too concerned about fillings, as far as I know
whatever mercury was removed upon replacement with alternative fillings will
get
replaced with most vaccines one gets, if one is into vaccines, and I assume
mercury is still in most vaccines, just under a different name.  How many shots
does one need over a period of time to replace the amount of *possible?*
mercury
leakage they pulled out of ones face?  They rip it out of your face, and put it
back in your arm?Over time it's six of one and half a dozen of the other as far
as I can see.

And as far as I know, *possible?* mercury leakage only occurs with loose
fillings, how many people have loose fillings?

By the time they may come loose for most people, they are probly at an age
whereby they'll need to get them teeth yanked out anyway.

Just my two bobs worth and alternative viewpoint as an independent thinker and
observer of most things media driven.
Stats don't add up for me considering the squilliions of people around the
globe
who've had the old fashioned fillings for generations.

Of course, not denying mercury comes with its own toxicity.  Just something to
think about.  They reckon silver is toxic too rolling eyes.

Subject: CSQuality of CS/Colloidal Silver symptoms?

Hello,

I recently purchased a CS generator and have been making CS for over 1 month. I
use distilled water from the grocery store and utilize the magnetic stir to
prevent agglomeration. I also use the 'swap' mode in auto.  To make my CS more
potent, I have found that cleaning my electrodes and then replacing them
selecting 'swap' mode/ manual does a fairly nice job. (I bought a digital meter
that reads 37ppm but am unsure if this is total ppm of ionic silver or combined
with ionic, colloidal, etc..)

My concern is the efficacy of the CS I have been making or if I'm a
non-responder to CS. I'm concerned because of the following symptoms I have
been experiencing and am hoping to receive some feedback from the group.  My
skin is dermatitis prone and i was hoping the CS would help.  Here are the
symptoms:

1. red rash dry skin on eyelids (both)
2. itchy skin on my beard, pimples erupting. cyst also formed after shaving

3. irritated/infected nostrils for over 2 weeks. (I have placed cotton swab of
CS in each nostril but still inflamed/infected)
4. pimples on skin not improved

I should add that i use CS mostly topically in a spray bottle.

Since I've followed the instructions in making my CS, i believe it is of high
quality but simply not having positive effects on my skin. It actually seems to
be causing rashes, itchiness and no effect on pimples.

Any helpful advice you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I find that when I don't use salt in a sinus drainage formula, my nasal
passages really sting. Salt is a good anti-microbial agent that's also an
astringent-it shrinks tissues and therefore reduces inflammation.

For my sinus solutions, I generally use salt, xylitol (for its
anti-bacterial effects) and liquid iodine. The sinuses require huge amounts
of iodine (itself germicidal), and this is a good way to get the iodine into
the nasal cavities. Sometimes I add very small amounts of tea tree and/or
oregano oils.

Some of the more chemist-minded folks can say if adding CS to a salt
solution reduces its benefits or undesirably changes its composition.

No danger. I think I heard or read the other day the iodine is used
in meth production so the Feds said no more than an oz at a time.

Methamphetamine producers use iodine crystals to produce hydriodic
acid, the preferred reagent in the ephedrine/pseudoephedrine reduction
method of d-methamphetamine production. A reagent is a chemical used
in reactions to convert a precursor into a finished product. The
reagent does not become part of the finished product. The regulation
of hydriodic acid by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in 1993
rendered the chemical virtually unavailable in the United States.

That I have read that major outlets for Iodine are now putting out 2 %
Iodine and calling it Lugol's Iodine,  (it's not) It's 2'% the rest water.)
What happens when it doesn't work?  People stop depending on it ! Then the
Medical people prescribing 2 % can remind you they said  it may not work, so
you quit.  Sound true?  it is true.  I am a herbalist and seen this for 20
 years.

Lugol's Iodine is 5% always, You can't change the name and expect to get the
same thing with a different % of real Iodine.

If you want to try Iodine for real try Real Lugol's Iodine 5%.  I have it in

all the time. The new law only lets me ship 1 One ounce bottle per
 shipment.

When something is found out to work it soon will be regulated.

This always confuses me. If I paint a spot it vanishes in no time, yet
I have a kilgram of both Iodine and KI, so it's not like I don't have
access to it. Also I notice that if I put some Iodine on a flat surface
like a desk it stains it immediately, then I remove the source and it
does something not unlike 'evaporates', so I'm not sure this method of
testing means anything. I'm not sure evaporate is the correct term,
perhaps its behaving more like a gas, I haven't researched that yet.

I read somewhere that there was a microbe that actually lived on, and also used
silver with its biological process. There are microbes that live in ammonia. I
dont think we have to worry to much about them though, as what we consider

I agree with Marshall. I would think a sterile bandage soaked in sterile
EIS as packing and then covered with another sterile bandage and taped on
would do the trick. I would imagine you can also find a sterile barrier
 so
the EIS doesn't evaporate. That might take the place of the second
 bandage.
Obviously you need to use your judgment as only you are there with her.
 Good luck.

According to Bob Becker's book The Body Electric EIS, or silver ions
are great for promoting healing without scarring. Personally I would
keep it wet with EIS as much as possible, and give it time to heal. That
will of course also prevent infection.

To everyone who knows about our challenging past 2 years and 9 months

Please don't take this wrong, but please don't inundate me with
 well-meant
cancer advice right now. It looks like we've won or are very well on our
 way
to winning now. What we are apparently facing now is the aftermath- it
 looks
like the tumor is dead or quickly dying and is about to be expelled. That
 is
bound to leave a hole and we need to know what to do next.

But first- here's what happened this morning...

Just to backtrack a bit, we forced the tumor to the surface first with
inhaled hydrogen peroxide, then with nebulized hydrogen peroxide, then
 with
nebulized saline that was treated with a NightHawk Water Stone to make
 radon
and ozone, then we combined that 50-50 with hydrogen peroxide. The real
kicker was Iodine Cataphoresis. That really forced it to open up and stay
open and drain out. I have been updating my document about IC and if
 anyone
has the old one, you should ask me for the updated version. Anyone else
 who
wants it, just ask but do so directly to me at ransley at atmc dot net.

Since this thing really opened up, we kept it covered during the workday
with zinc oxide ointment on bandages, then we applied a poultice at night
 of
green clay and charcoal (there have been numerous other poultices used,
 but
this one worked best with an open draining ulcer).

We kept seeing a white surface inside the opening. We thought that was
remnants of zinc oxide or flesh exposed to air. Most people who have read
much about alternative medicine have run across the idea in the last few
years that a tumor is white. Apparently, that is what we were looking at
 all
along and didn't know it until this morning. All of a sudden, after she
 took
a shower and removed the clay and charcoal, this thing was a dull
 yellowish
color and looked shriveled and dry. All of a sudden, there was no
 drainage
or bleeding. She called to me- although not overtly in a commanding way,
 but
any man who has been long married knows that there is something in that
 call
that says Husband Come Here Now.

She said- what we've been seeing is the tumor. As she made a twisting
move, I suddenly saw the flesh at the edge of the hole make a gap as it
separated from the tumor. First time that's ever happened and it didn't
bleed. I immediately knew that meant that flesh and tumor were
 disengaging
 from each other.

The hole is presently the size of a nickel (US 5 cent coin) and is fairly
 circular.

This thing is going to come out and pretty soon I think. What we need to
 know now is...

If it doesn't come out right away all in one piece, what kind of external
 treatment might dissolve it?

No matter if it comes out in one piece, pieces or if we dissolve it and
 it
oozes out, there's going to be a cavity. I know enough to know not to

He himself could also himself present the evidence of doses of EIS that don't
cause argyria, and then note how the recommended use on his product falls way
below that. The EPA study and the Indian diet of silver foil on sweets are the
two relevant things. Also, he could argue that since argyria develops
gradually, why did she not stop much sooner when she first noticed the argyria.

  Maybe that doctor could testify?

Hopefully he knows enough to show that argyria caused historically by other
types of silver does not apply to EIS, as would certainly come up in the case.

Some members, particularly Brooks Bradley, are familiar with the Essential
Microorganisms (EM) of Terao Higa, PhD. The proprietor of a local EM shop
told me today that volunteers in Fukushima area are experimenting with EM on
contaminated crops. He said blueberries went from 20,000 becquerels down to
5,000, a 75% drop. I don't know the details.

He also said people volunteering in that area are suffering from throat
problems, which I took to be due to radiation, but am not sure. If I get
more details I'll pass them along.Incidentally, these volunteers consume
EM themselves.

Incidentally, most of the news in the corporate press regarding this
disaster is, to put it mildly, inadequate. There have been at least three
melt-downs and apparently a total melt-through in at least in one instance;
some experts fear that radiation is actually moving down through the earth
toward groundwater. Given the sugar-coating in the mainstream news to
date, this is certainly possible. Japanese people are deeply skeptical of
government reports, and I think some major changes are ahead for Japan, but
that's all off-topic.

concentration had little or no effect. But as soon as I was able
to learn how to dramatically increase the concentration, the
   healing was immediate.

So you are basing all this on your experience alone? Every body is
different. What works for you might not work for someone else and
can cause problems for someone else. People on *this* forum have
been using CS for years with good effect and now you are telling
them it is not working? It is illogical of you to deny their
   experience.

  PT

PT, I in no way ever said or implied that people have not benefited
greatly from the silver ions in colloidal silver. This fact is
undeniable, and it is why cs is so popular among knowledgable people
to help prevent many types of illnesses.

The history of colloidal silver reaches back to the early Apollo
days, when NASA used simple silver electrolysis to help prevent
pathogens from growing in the astronauts drinking water on the way
to the moon. They even restricted the ion content to less than 100
parts per billion to try to prevent Argyria.

The Russians also used cs in the MIR satellite, which was the
longest orbital satellite under continuous habitation. The Russians
were not so concerned with Argyria as they were with results, and
they used a considerablly higher ion concentration.

Out of these adventures, someone connected three 9 volt batteries in
series, and applied 27 volts to silver electrodes immersed in
distilled water. The 3 nines was born.

There are records of people taking cs continually since the 1980's.

Virtually everyone who takes it regularly states they can remember
what a cold or flu feels like, but they can't remember the last time
they had one, as it was so long ago.

So there is absolutely no question of the benefit of silver ions in
  combating pathogens.

However, viruses, which are not affected by antibiotics, continually
evolve to evade the body's defenses and often grow stronger.

There are cases when the standard ion concentration fails, but a
higher silver ion concentration miraculously solves the problem. I
anticipate more people will find they have an infection that
  conventional cs does not overcome.

For example, please see my post to Sol on 19 Oct 2004:

  http://www.mail-archive.com/silver-list@eskimo.com/msg76134.html

Please note that three individuals experienced problems with a
particularly virulent Herpes Simplex virus that simply did not
respond to a conventional silver ion concentration.

However, by increasing the ion concentration, and using sublingual
absorption instead of ingesting the cs, the virus was quickly
  vanquished.

Note that Sol also found that a stronger cs worked better for her as
  well.

It is these cases I address with the SilverCell process.

In these cases, I present a new breakthrough in colloidal silver
that increases the ion concentration about ten times over the
  original 3 nines.

There is a natural built-in limitation with conventional cs
generators that makes it very difficult to get much above 16uS or
18uS. But the SilverCell process can easily reach 44uS. This is
enough to vastly overwhelm virulent pathogens, with plenty of
  reserve to address the survivors.

In addition to the significantly improved results with the higher
ion concentration, it also means you can use sublingual absorption
  instead of ingesting the cs.

This completely eliminates any concern of Argyria, since you absorb
only a very small amount, and expel the rest. The ion concentration
absorbed results in less than 20 parts per billion in the blood
stream for a normal male with a blood content of 5.5 litres.

In addition, while you are holding the solution in your mouth for 12
minutes, is is also killing the bacteria that cause gum disease and
dental cavities. So you don't have to pay for dental visits as
  often.

In addition, the SilverCell generator is easy to make, easy to use,
and is less expensive than a 3 nines. So if you are a bit handy, you
can make yourself a unit that outperforms any other cs generator
anywere, for basically the cost of the silver.

Most of the current generators suffer from problems with the cs
  turning yellow. A

Yes it is legally dangerous, but it can be done under the radar.

1. Use solar and battery to power your lights. In this way your spikes in
power usage won't be detected by the utility grid.

2. If you are growing it inside, encase the room with a material that
dampens the IR signature. In this way, helicopters won't detect the lights.

Obviously it is much cheaper to do it outside, provided you can keep it out
of site from neighbors.

The data is conclusive about the many benefits of cannabis oil. We should
not be denied our freedom to heal ourselves.

Hi,

i made a post three weeks ago, to which many kind people helped regarding
building my CS generator.

it was built using a LM317T chip to control current at 1.5ma to three anodes
and three cathodes, total area squared of anodes is 3 inches (thin silver
wires). And Voltage at 30v initially.

I was getting large visible particles of silver coming of the electrodes, with
the kind help of the people on Silver-list I was able to work on some possible
causes namely.

1: Electrodes were too close, they were 3 cm apart, they are now 5 cm (2
inches) apart.
2 : Water provided was some how contaminated, I bought my own water distiller
and am able to eliminated that (0 ppt, 0 microseimens)
3 : Paper towel was used to clean the cathode, now using green plastic scouring
pads (no detergent)
4 : Contaminated brewing vessel , I cleaned with no detergent, and rinsed with
distilled water, distilled water in brewing vessel tested 0 microseimens.

I have implemented these changes, however I am still getting similar results as
before, meaning visible particles of silver, but massively reduced amount of
crap at the bottom of the jar.

when the electrodes are dipped into the freshly distilled water it conducts
1.2ma immediately... which eventually gets to 1.5ma, and I have a voltage of
30v across which when dipped into the fresh water measures 14v immediately (of
course the voltage is being reduced to keep the current at 1.5ma).. Which means
its conductive... but measures 0ppm, 0 microseimens!

any suggestions?...

p.s. when it gets to 8 volts it tests at 5 microseimens. so its doing
something!..
Its currently at 7.3V and tests at 7 microseimens.

I got tired of manually cleaning and swapping my CS generator electrodes.
So I converted my homemade generator to electrically swap polarity to the
electrodes about every 15 minutes. I kept the same run time of 24 hours,
but I had to increase the constant current from about 0.2 ma to 0.3 ma to
end up with the same strength brew. Now I NEVER need to clean or swap the
electrodes. And no stuff sluffs off into the brew, so there is no need to
filter or carefully decant.

I highly recommend automatic polarity switching of current to CS generator
electrodes.

Nothing detrimental either, you can filter it as you say, or leave it behind

Thank you. I should have said usually no TE at all. Even when looking from
above in subdue light. I have read that page but it still says I should have a
faint TE. I have rarely obtained a faint TE.

Is it necessary to have a Tyndal Effect to have a good quality product. I
use a silvergen machine and deionized water that reads well below 1uS on a
hanna meter. After I am done I have a reading around 14uS and it tastes
like CS but I have little to no TE.
From my readings I understand the TE reflects bigger particles and the
meter measures the ions. The silvergen I am using should be doing aprox
80-85/20-15% of ions to particles. If I am not getting the TE does it just
mean I am producing less particles, or am I doing something wrong? Is my
stuff still effective with only ions?

Infection on his leg? I would definitely be applying CS topically at least.
