I have mentioned it only once in a message to TBBeta, though.

For those who think there is reason to be proud about this description (and
understand Latin): this is why they were so
brave or strong:

And for those who are not able to translate the above (and are reluctant to

,--/ \

removed from the civilisation and humanity of the
| province, and merchants mix less with them and sell them less things which
encourage effeminacy; and they are next to

Oh well, those Belgians at least had _something_ to be proud of :-)

Sending the PGP file (or later 690 KB Zip or later 105 KB Zip-file)

- worked with Yahoo- and AIM-account,
- did not work with GMX- and FastMail-account,
- worked in the same way as with GMail with TBNet-account, which isn't a
surprise since that actually is GMail too.

AIM, GMX FastMail are IMAP-connections (but I see no relation).

Empty messages

2009-06-13 Thread Mark Partous

Hello Beta-Bats,

Today, I received a second empty message since using this TB! version.
The first one, from june, 11th was from Rick Grunwald for Tbbeta.
Except for the headers, absolutely nothing could be seen, the second one was in
another group; the latter was an html message where the headers and the attached
jpg could be seen, the content of the message itself (without the jpg) could be
seen when opened in my browser.

Did anyone else have a similar experience? Should I redirect a copy somewhere?

Hello,

As far as the HTML-message is concerned: I apparently jumped to the conclusion
the problem had to do with TB! since no one else in that group seemed to be
affected.

When I asked others wether they had any problem with that particular message, it
turned out everyone had problems with it, whatever mailer they were using,
but no one had bothered to mention it. Probably bad or damaged html-code.

For Rick's message: see my reply to his mail.

Since you don't have any control over the fact wether the message is being
delivered to the addressee (Spam-filters on their provider's server might block
it f.i.) or not, I don't think delivery is to be retained...
