Test Message
Apologies in advance for wasting space on a test, but... Either the volume of messages on this list is approaching zero, or something is intercepting them before they get to my local mail server. I say that because I've seen only one message here since Dec 12, 2007 and _that_ was four days ago. So, I'm sending this test message, hoping it will be sent back to me so that I may check to see if volume is low or if there is some other strange issue. My email provider is also watching to see if this (or any) message is received from the list as well. -- Steven Vallière | tb 3.99.29 | mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- If you didn't write it down, then it didn't happen. -Larry Zana Current beta is 3.99.29 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

There are no dups now, working well... thanks, IMAP seems much improved overall. However there is still a major problem. I inadvertently deleted a message in my inbox... read a few more messages, and when I went back to browse deleted messages, it was no longer there, nor was there any of the 80 or so emails that I had deleted previously... This occurred without me manually purging/compressing the folder. I am assuming this occurred when the folder was refreshing.. and as you know, this is a definite no-no in IMAP. The protocol calls for permanent removal of email by a 2 step method, first being to delete the email, then using the expunge command to permanently remove mail from the server. Mail should only be expunged by the user, or by a feature option by the mail client when closing out.. but... as TB! stands now, by taking over and expunging email that has been deleted, at free will, at any time, without user knowledge, is not good. -- Gary Current beta is 3.70.06 quot;Qigongquot; | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/

This usually mean that all (or most) known bugs Stefan are eliminated, but the version should be tested for some more time Stefan before the official release. maybe we never hear of it normally as MS skips that stage (g). Anyway, I like to see what the others say, just in case you have a different way of naming it then anywhere else..
