Hello As I understand it, both text files you provided per email are already invalid/garbeled? Could you open a bug report at https://sogo.nu/bugs and upload the original and the transformed file there. That way, we can reproduce the problem. How it happens - a bank report is generated through the site in the form of a text file. Previously, when using other mail services, they sent and received these files without any problems. After using sogo mail, this problem started. If you send this report through another mail service, then the file does not deteriorate and comes as the original, but if you use sogo mail, then the file being sent changes. This is definitely due to sogo. -- Роман Овчинников Системный администратор ООО "АРТ-ХОЛДИНГ" 400117, г. AW: [SOGo] Problem with SoGo calendar
Hello, Andreas, thanks for your hints. The mentioned parameters seem to be configured, however with some cryptic username: OCSCacheFolderURL = "mysql://sogo:9wInzW8fiPuFtqozeWx4qqrBLyAMclo2@127.0.0.1:3306/sogo/sogo_cache_folder"; I come from Iredadmin, and used this howto: https://docs.iredmail.org/install.iredmail.on.debian.ubuntu.html The only configuration that was included in this howto is the "install.sh" which configures "Mail" only. The SOGo package is just installed as far as I can see, but I cannot see any configuration. When I try to configure the Calendar inside the graphical INterface (192.168.2.1/SOGo > "Settings" icon), then I have to choose the time zone, first day of week etc., but I cannot save the change. The Save button is grey, so that I cannot click it. It seems as if my user "postmaster" does not have permissions to change the calendar options. The Mail section works. Do you have a good howto for the SOGo section? Thanks! [SOGo] Problem with sogo-2.3.5.20160113-1.centos6.x86_64 Webinterface Login not working
Hello, with the current update on CentOS a strange behavior appeared. I had a config with mutliple Domains and the following Schema which was working beforehand: SOGoEnableDomainBasedUID = NO; Domain: CNFieldName = cn; IDFieldName = uid; MultipleBookingsFieldName = MultipleBookings; UIDFieldName = uid; bindFields = mail; After the update to the aforementioned Version the Login via Webinterface was no longer possible. Did something change? I had a ticket once http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=2212 which had the same behavior. Could it be that the last versions changed something in regards to multi domain setups? [SOGo] Problem with sogo-connector
Hello, I have a problem with the sogo connector. I am trying to import an addressbook with 1109 contacts into Thunderbird. This works well for the first 500 contacts, importing slows down then and it stops at aound 660 contacts. The message bubble shows up then and shows the message "1109 contacts downloaded". I've tried that with the release, the beta and the nightly version of thunderbird on Windows, and is the same for all. Connector used is 31.0.1. I can't find anything in the error console of Thunderbird, and don't know where to search. Can anyone give me a hint? The server used is egroupware, if this cares. [SOGo] Problem with SOGO 1.3.9 and 1.3.10
Since the Upgrade from 1.3.8a to 1.3.9 and 1.3.10 we have a problem with sogo. We are running on Centos6 x64 (before it was centos5 32bit). We have a calendar we display using phphicalendar. For this I wrote a cronjob which gets the ics file via wget from sogo. wget --http-user=XXX --no-check-certificate --http-password="XXX" -O XXX.ics https://sogo.brain-biotech.de/SOGo/dav/sogo/Calendar/725B-4C31DB00-235-3C8963C0.ics Since the update to 1.3.9 and 1.3.10 I get the following errors when the command is run (in 90% of the cases). localhost - - [06/Dec/2011:17:22:53 GMT] "GET /SOGo/dav/sogo/Calendar/725B-4C31DB00-235-3C8963C0.ics HTTP/1.1" 200 573380/0 18.470 - - 1040M Dec 06 17:22:53 sogod [28187]: <0x0x10bf0d8[WOWatchDogChild]> child 28246 exited Dec 06 17:22:53 sogod [28187]: <0x0x10bf288[WOWatchDog]> child spawned with pid 28308 Dec 06 17:22:56 sogod [28308]: <0x0x151c258[SOGoCache]> Cache cleanup interval set every 300.00 seconds Dec 06 17:22:56 sogod [28308]: <0x0x151c258[SOGoCache]> Using host(s) 'localhost' as server(s) And shortly afterwards this: Dec 06 17:23:37 sogod [28187]: [ERROR] <0x0x10bf0d8[WOWatchDogChild]> FAILURE receiving status for child 28308 Dec 06 17:23:37 sogod [28187]: [ERROR] <0x0x10bf0d8[WOWatchDogChild]> socket: receive-timeout=1.000s> Dec 06 17:23:37 sogod [28187]: [ERROR] <0x0x10bf0d8[WOWatchDogChild]> exception: NAME:NGSocketTimedOutException REASON:the socket was shutdown INFO:{errno = 11; error = "Die Ressource ist zur Zeit nicht verf\U00FCgbar"; stream = "{object = receive-timeout=1.000s>;}"; } Dec 06 17:23:37 sogod [28187]: <0x0x10bf0d8[WOWatchDogChild]> sending terminate signal to pid 28308 Dec 06 17:23:37 sogod [28187]: [ERROR] <0x0x10bf0d8[WOWatchDogChild]> FAILURE notifying child 28308 Dec 06 17:23:37 sogod [28187]: <0x0x10bf0d8[WOWatchDogChild]> sending terminate signal to pid 28308 This happens until all the workers are used up and the sogo doesn't respond anymore.
