Some of her mixes back in the day I really got into... pretty sure a few
late 90s Detroit technology mixes were on repeat for a while in the
cassette deck in the car.

Yeah, she's somewhat gone quiet in recent years.
KH moments I'd recommend are 'Get Ready For the Darkness' (1997) LP
(techno), 'Soul' on Ausfahrt (1999) (house). The entry on t
overlooked for not particularly good
reason. Perhaps being a somewhat difficult temperament hasn't helped. But
she's a talented producer and a solid dj too from what I can remember (last
played in uk in 2000).

Detroit History is a horrible album and one of the worst Tresor records
in a long time but i do love her early material on Acacia, especially
the house stuff
Currently digging through not-so-recent Tresor releases - this K Hand's album,
Detroit History, is really good... funky, a bit industrial, gritty, tons of
nice ideas, absolutely perfect for my tastes in techno... I also really liked

My (very comprehensive!!) Tresor press release says just May 2001 - to
coincide with DEMF. There is supposed to be an interview in Urb magazine,
too. I am looking forward to spinning it this weekend and giving it a
