What about the idea of creating some sort of inflatable bladder to insert in
the conduit like

The problem is you will have water with sediment, them maybe it might dry out
and get multiple cycles of this over they years with the sediment consolidating
into concrete in the bottom. The only solution is to hopefully get some air to
