I am 300million short and have no experience raising capital, but if (and I
guess there isn't any way for hams to raise 300mil), there was, I'd
volunteer to do as much as I could ...

Am in the planning stages of designing a satellite setup
and decided on M2 2m and 430 antennas.
They are RHCP out of the box , but I can buy a kit to enable them
to switch between that and LHCP.
It's kinda expensive and since I am inxperienced in this
