You can only get requests, not pages, on the failure report.

Suzanne,
Do you get a Failure Report (lists the filenames which
caused errors and the number of requests for each one)
when you run Analog? If not, you might try this report
to see if it provides what you need. Depending on your
needs, some other reports might be helpful. There is the

Great, that works like a charm. Thanks so much for all your help. Just

Sorry, I should've specified.more. I'll put it i
Maybe I'm misunderstanding your need, but with the noted exception of unique
visitors, I think all you need to do is turn on the directory report. This will
show you the number of requests within each directory.

I concur with James' expansions. There are many proxies for visitor measures
(particularly when interested in how the number varies over time, or between different
parts of the same website). The difficult part (expanded below) is when you need an
absolute count to compare with other kinds of v

While Analog doesn't offer a visitor count per se, if your site assigns cookies and
your log files record them, Analog will produce a User report based on those
cookies, and a visitor count can easily be derived from this report.
To do this, just include the line USER ON in your configuration fi

First of all
Unique visitors are not possible with analog - a mixture of what is possible and a
religion.
The rest is possible via the hierarchy reports, unless you need a separate report for
each subdirectory. In that case you need to run analog once per report.

Hello all,
I've got a question about generating a fairly complicated report.
Here's what I need:
A report showing Total Hits, Unique Visitors, and Pages Served to the web

subdirectory I have on the web server. Each subdi

Hi there,
I have been trying to get the Analog Crawler helper application
http://www.wadsack-allen.com/products/analog.html but the site appears to be
down. If anyone has a copy of the Windows application, could you either send
it to me, or send me a link to download it from an alternative site? I
