:-P meeting the right people can get you things (we got the dev reply
option like a year in advance and even a free ticket to Google I/O)
I think it's more of a thing where they use it to get publicity to
themselves...
I think there was already a discussion about this before (or that i've read
it on some other place)... the conclusion was we have no fucking idea.
there were top developers with barely any app submissions or high count
of downloads.
