The LocalizedMessages_en.properties file in the C:\Program Files\AR System\Mid-Tier\WEB-INF\classes folder contains the error numbers and messages. Have you tried changing this text? Be sure to clear your local browser cache after each change. You may need to flush the mid tier cache too.
