Has anyone seen this (and have a fix or workaround) on the Windows User Tool? Using 7.1 P5 on XP workstations. We have 2 computers that display the application entry points, but nothing happens when you click on them.   Server is 7.1 P5   Tried removing the tool and re-installing Tried to copy

Or you can use ARSmarts to locate the Active Links containing macro's and the Filter doing a runmacro. ARSmarts will also decode the macro's contained in Active Links and display the in a humanly readable way. Being able to understand what the macro does makes it easier/possible to replace it

Thanks for the suggestion Rune, but is there any way to disable the 3rd Tier altogether? Having the First Tier of PC be the ITSM Module Name will frustrate the users because they will have to always select 3 tiers to get to the Product Name (if they choose to use the menus).

In Patch 1 only admin users could copy CIs to the sandbox. I noticed that this was fixed in Patch 2 but that after accepting the dialog box that asks if you want the CI to appear in a new view the view is opened but the CI doesn't appear. If this is what you are seeing then it seems like a bug
