I have seen the same issue on a 7.5 patch 1 install user tool. I spent quite

Thanks for the suggestion Rune, but is there any way to disable the 3rd Tier
altogether? Having the First Tier of PC be the ITSM Module Name will frustrate
the users because they will have to always select 3 tiers to get to the Product
Name (if they choose to use the menus).
John,
I think disabling the 3rd tier will require a lot of different pieces to be
customized. I would suggest auto filling the 1st tier with a constant, and
hiding it perhaps if it is such an issue.

How about
function|substr(userName0, strstr(userName0, \) + 1)
That should take the substring from just after the position of the \ to the
end of the string, which should just be the login ID.

If the contents of your field from Form A will remain like that (a standard
template), then it should be easy. You can use a combination of the functions
STRSTR to find position numbers and SUBSTR to extract a part of the text, to
get your desired results..
I had done something similar with
Yes by using the STRSTR command you can determine where a string starts and
then use it again for when it ends. These two variables are then used with
substr to parse out the data you need.

Hello Listers,
I just upgraded to Atrium Core 7.500 patch 2. When I copy CI to personal

Can anyone hint me on how to locate the problem.

This sounds like one of the few bugs in 7.2 related to multi-tenancy. Patch 3
fixed the issue where the visibility groups were not being applied to the

multi-tenancy). SW00322405

I noticed that this was fixed in Patch 2 but that after accepting the dialog

If this is what you are seeing then it seems like a bug
