ARS 7.5 requires Sybase 12.5.3 client libraries - this is from the
compatibility matrix;
The following database client versions are supported and required to operate
properly with suppor
databases. Database clients must match this version – lower or higher versions
are not supported.

Meaning we can have server db as 15 and client as 12.5? Or should they
be the same?
Thanks!

The db can be 12.5.3 or higher but you must use the 12.5.3 client for ARS to be
able to connect to it. This is all documented in the compatibility matrix;

I'm pretty sure flat file database was last supported in 5.1.2, the unix
user tool was deprecated after 4.5.2, which was the first version I used,

Hi,
We're using Remedy v6.3.

Hi Rick ...
We are having issues with the 7.5 Silent Install. We did not have any
issues with 7.1.
I am hoping with the release of Patch 2 for 7.5 - that some of these
issues will be addressed - the other alternative would be to push more
clients toward the mid-tier.

I got tossed in to it in June 1997 at GTE in Tampa, FL. We were on V3.0.

Okay, I started late on v5, but was sat in front of a PC with the admin tool
