Frank,
I saw the reference to ARNotification in the 7.1 doc.
It's basically the same info in the doc for 6.00.01 and 6.3
What I didn't see is regarding the "The X,Y order of the fields" you

What do you mean by this?
Do I call the fields x_myfield1, y_myfield2 ... ?

There's plenty of discussion on this, but I think it's safe to say the
norm is to use Computer System and use CTI or the Primary Capability
field to get specific on the type of hardware.

John, you need to be very careful when dealing with date vs date/time. Date

I think you can only disable the mouse right click Refresh option in
the table properties. You can't stop an active link from refreshing a
table without workflow that would stop those active links from firing

So I've come across a problem that hopefully you may be able to help.
I am getting complaints that SLAs are firing notifications right when an
incident has been re-assigned to the particular group.
For a medium incident, 2 service targets are attached. One for response and one
for resolution.
Victor,
Using the AIE should get you close where you want to be..
Its straight forward, once you have AIE installed.. All you need to do is
configure AIE to access the MS-SQL database using the AIE configuration console
(its straight forward), and then create that link. You then can use AIE
No shortcuts here to the best of my knowledge.. You will need to disable
those active links or remove those actions from the active links which
performs a refresh of a table..

Don't forget to factor in the time constraints against switching license types
