Kathy, there is a bug in the workflow that sends them to BMC_Person, especially if you are creating them through an import process or and interface. The way I fix them is save the CTM:People record for the person in question with a status of Offline, save, then back to Enable, save. This causes

We just tell our users to click CTRL+K in (IE is our standard browser) to open a new tab that opens the login page if their session is expired, login and close the new tab. Patrick, There was some discussion here as well: How can we notify user of session timeout before clicking Save?
