I agree! I don't think BPCU is worth the trouble for an ITSM system (assuming large amounts of non-modified objects are still reported as needing an overlay) let alone a custom system. Personally I would skip the whole BPCU part and manually re-customize the core forms by hand (using Best Practice

It is a two step procedure that you should be able to do with AI. First create the Change then have the AI process query the file with the list of CIs to create the Change association records by validating the CI exist in the CMDB and pulling the field value, I think it is the recon ID to

CI Search Issue when viewing through Individual Class

Hello Team, If I search the CI's using advanced search I can able to view those CI's under the search table. But If I try to view those CI's, system says No matching Critieria But I can see those CI's in the core Base Element Class. Can anybody suggest how might be the root cause?

The only thing off the top of my head would be that you'd have to get back the change record and then push records to the appropriate Association forms in ITSM such as CHG:Association. You'll prob need The recon ID of the CI's too. If not, you'll need to build some workflow to look it up if all

Hi, I presume that you do not have a lot of changes in User/Group. Maybe the simples way is to add the changes manually after installation. I have a utility called RRR|DefFieldDiff that is designed to find Data differences between forms. These differences are what you really need to add again.
