SRD Approvals are not working!

Hello Team, I have created a Approval Process configuration for SRD, approval mapping and created a SRD and moved the status to Request for Approval. However the SRD went to Deployed which is online. Inspite of having approval mappings, SRD is going for Approval. Kindly need your assistance.

Hi, I sample a an API/FLTR/SQL/ESCL log once in a while to see that the system still performs as the last time. Then there are end to end testing tools that you can use to for example do some operation through Mid-Tier or Web-Services. You can also turn on Server Statistics to find a few things.
