I don't think log4j is damaged. It is not a good idea to replace the
SP4
You can go ahead with any of ITSM 7604 SP2 or 7604 SP4.
But it is suggested to install SP4 as it a newer release than ITSM 7604 SP2
hence it promises better functionality and contains fixes of all the known
issues of ITSM 7604 SP2.

It looks like an issue with the value being passed corresponding to the
AR System Server Name Alias parameter on the BMC Remedy AR System User
Inputs Panel. Please make sure that AR server name being passed is same as
what you used, to install the older version of ITSM.

bmcremedyitsmsuite_install_log.txt) which can be found under temp folder? I
will have a look at it and tell you what exactly installer is doing. If sending
log is not possible then send me the last 10 lines of the log. If
