-. Preferences in the table showing blank in the Remove columns option.
Expectation - The blank columns should not be present in preferences of the

I had come through the similar issue in my environment, which was resolved by
upgrading ARS 7604 SP1 to ARS 7604 SP2.

Heather - This is a License error.. Check if you have enough licenses for
your users.
Try removing and adding the fixed/floating licenses to this user and see if
you get error.

Last day our windows servers got messed up where AR system is installed and
backed up fine. But in the midtier of Approval central we observed a error

When i saw Approval
I assume when the user Approve or Reject any Approval related request from
Approval central it is throwing error for you.
Next Steps:
1. Can you open the Request example the Change Request from Change
Management Console and try to approve and reject, do you get the same error?
2. If yes
scale to a heavily customized system, but there
are a bunch of techniques people use to CYA and this is just one.
