cheap, but the cost ceiling can go very

I seem to remember seeing something at some point. I looked in the KB and in

Is there a white paper or documentation anywhere that details what needs to be

All,
I am trying to find the best way to make sure
that I have a good disaster revovery plan. I already set up SQL Backups full
and diff etc. From my class two weeks ago (admin 2) it seems the best way to
be able to bring your data back though is to do a data export
We are running Windows and MSSQL. We have a location in another state that's
setup as our disaster recovery. The database server is online and our
production database gets replicated there every hour. The remedy server is
turned on but disconnected from the network.

I am performing disaster recovery testing of our remedy servers.
We have 2 servers, server 2 is a disaster recovery server and server

database 2 is a clone of database 1. I have adjusted server name
references on server 2 in the ar.conf, armonitor.conf
Db backups and OS/filesystem backups are what you need to perform a
recovery. Trying to manage your arserver via the remedy api is a lost
cause. There are too many factors that method can not address.
DR entails many things other than recovery from a server failure

The disaster recovery has many aspects which basically revolves around

In the ascending order of permissible damage, various methods can be

ave a solution for this? Unix files may change
when creating ARS web pages or updating server information.
We want to make sure everything on the primary and disaster recovery
instance maintain in-sync.
Thanks in advance for your advise,
