Hi,
We are facing a strange issue in our system.
ITSM 7.6 patch 001
ARS 7.5 patch 003A
The error message we are getting is as below:
ARGetListEntryWithFields - Field ID is not related to this form (ARERR 311) in
Overview console when sorting on custom columns added
The problem is occuring
Hi folks,
We made the Upgrade Remedy from the version 7.1 to the version 7.6.
We added some Custom fields in the Help Desk Classic Form.
Our need is that some of these fields can be viewed among the columns of the
Incident Management Console.
We carry out the following steps:
1)Added the fields
correct!
the problem is.
Strangely, we do not have the ID field on HPD: HelpDesk but on the join form
(HPD: Help Desk Classic) field exists.
could we create a similar head of HPD: Help Desk?
Thanks in advance.

First I did an export on Form A, using the Add All Related option, and did
a search on it for 20020, but found nothing.
Then I exported the definition of the Active Link that was supposed to open
Form A and found that it was trying to sort on 20020. I had done a

I might add that there was no field listed in the Sort page of the Window
Open command, so there was no way of seeing what was wrong simply by
inspecting the Active Link.

The explanation for error 311 goes like this:
The field ID references a field that is not defined for the current
form.
You attempted an operation against the wrong form or server, or the
structure of the form was
changed to eliminate the field ID from the form. Change to the correct
form or
Since you've searched the field database table and all the form tables, it's
time to direct your attention to workflow. Can an active link or filter refer
to a field ID and without that reference appearing in a log? Of course. This
is Remedy.
If I were in your shoes, I'd export a definition
I did a search on the field number, cross referencing 'ARS' and came up with

Dear List,
I have a form (Form A) with 20,000 records. I can open the form in the client
User tool, and run an unqualified query and retrieve all records. On Form B
and C I have buttons that call Active Links, which are supposed to open
particular records in Form A. But instead I get the
Is any additional workflow being triggered on Display, Window Open, Search
etc.. If so, perhaps one of those is referencing that field.

Thanks, but I've run Active Link and Filter logs, and there is no workflow
triggered that references 20020.

Another idea is to create a field with that id on your form again. See if
that is the problem. You can always remove it again.

Logged off the WUT client and tried it again on Mid Tier and I'm still
not getting the error.
I'm just going to dump the form out into a def file and import it
againmaybe that will do something
From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList)
How about turning on the SQL log? Have you tried that? That will
probably help. I'd set the WUT up to just before executing the search,
turn on the log, run the search, then immediately turn off the log.
Then do a search of the log for 536870993 and it might very well give
you an indication of
Check/open all table fields on the form where you are receiving errors.
There maybe a table field column reference the field you deleted

Maybe you have a corrupted WUT cache file. Try deleting the .arf and
.arv WUT cache files (usually located under your Remedy Home directory).
