If that is the truth, then this is sad. There are other places in
Asbury Park with security Staffs - i.e. more than a bouncer. Hopefully
this is a learning experience. This however might have happened
anywhere and although tragic and unfortunate should not be a black mark
against Asbury Park.
Baronet, Fastlane, Wonder Bar, FH Paint Building. interesting! so now all
those establishments are in the hands of asbury partners. i kind of figured at
some point this would happen, its not to surprising. im surprised about the

There was no one more surprised than I was on Saturday when I found out The Wonder Bar was sold. I knew my partners had been served with "The Letter" but I had no idea the club had actually been sold. I am still upset but will continue to operate the clubthe way we always have until the day
If there is no Wonder Bar run by Debbie and Lance in Asbury Park, the
city's future will not be as bright as it could be. Should the WB
close, it will be a sad day indeed. A really great effort.

im not taking either side, i know what from i see. it is a true fact that
asbury partners dont live up to time lines and alwasy seem to find a sneaky way

The Wonder Bar has been a huge supporter of Upstage Magazine from our
first issue. The Wonder Bar and Upstage Magazine got
the whole moving the stone pony into the casino idea hit the news a few years
ago, im not sure that idea will ever pan out though. on one side, i think it
might be a pretty neat idea. i can picture it. and if not the stone pony,
something else like it over there would be pretty good. but,

when it first opened it was owned by asbury partners, but operated by someone
else. i guess i was wrong. good article though. depending on what happens
with the case, i think its possiable
Chuck you are right - the business originally was owned and operated
by others when it first opened. 2 guys. They lasted a few months,
and left swearing they were forced out of business because the
landlord didn't keep certain promises.
Not saying they were telling the truth - just reporting
