I see people on the boardwalk and beach. I see stores open on the boardwalk.
People are buying and now living in the new units. I see fewer and fewer
boarded up homes.

It's just an idea, but maybe Asbury could promote a promanade hour
on the boardwalk everynight at 7:00. Just during the summer at
first. I read about something like this in a town in Italy at a
boardwalk. Everynight, people from all over the area, young and
old, come to see and be seen, as
MaureenAs an owner and manager of several rental properties I can

on a roof...trust me. Roofers rank lower than lawyers and lol...auto

Thanks Sharon.
It really is a fun sport. It's the only one where teenagers compete
with 80 year olds (although the 80 year olds usually handle them
easily).
Its great for families. There are people I'm related to that I only
see during Bocce tourneys.
I actually gave it up about 4 years

Me too! Lord knows, if I had every slice of bread used in my kitchen,

I loved our city this weekend. Actually, my weekend started Thursday night with

Please note my question to the group. What would the 'prudent man' expect the
policy to cover? How would this man expect to gain recourse if the roof -
agreed to by the group so far to be one the most expensive repairs a homeowner
makes - fails.
Are you in the property or insurance
Has anybody else noticed this disturbing trend...a kid riding their
bike, usually on the wrong side of the road, texting away? What about
with their helmet hanging from their handlebars?
I've been seeing more and more of this lately, mostly in Spring Lake,
Manasquan and Deal. Seems like a disaster
In my post I explained what the insurance was for. Therefore I would not
expect this insurance policy to cover workmanship. As far as recourse, you
could check with the manufacturer of the roof to be certain the product did not
fail. Or if you can gather proof that the roof was installed

There you go again, complaining about something. What is it with guys

I didn't read the whole story - but was a permit pulled for the job?
If was a major job, should not htere been an inspection. You also
have to hire someone with experience - not some guy (or gal) that stops
somewhere and leaves 10 guys at your house for the day ripping it off
and comes back

Hi all,
Friday night my partner, two of our friends, and I took a paperweight
making class at Hot Sand.
We first picked out two colors that we were going to use. Then we
each had half an hour at a time with the instructors, who walked us
each individually through the process on the first
