A month or two ago I bought a Foxcon R10-D4 Atom PC with 2 GB RAM and
installed an existing 1.5TB drive along with the Vortexbox software. The
latter is a free download (Linux based, no GUI interface) that is

So basically the binaries are the same as jive_alsa for 0.6 and 0.7,
just recompiled.
I tried the recompiled 0.7 and it had the same issue as the old one ie
harsh treble compared to 0.6, this is on a new dac so can't blame the
benchmark dac1 for that.
back to 0.6 and very nice it sounds to.

There is a point in actually endorsing and use good business that do the
rigth thing and release drm free lossless albums .
For those who are not ,there is always options .
Imho in 2012 you should not be forced to buy a physical disc to have a
lossles version, companies with such bussines
