haven't measured exactly because even on my ipod i transcode to a
highish bit rate but i cant say ive noticed a giant difference - maybe
your bit rate is more than 128?

it - jriver will still handle it
But there are some people who swear by EAC and thats fine...jriver will
still manage it for you

going to be hard to utterly transform the box because
its pretty good already. Indeed I think i prefer it to my £600
audiophile cd player. Nevermind the convenience. The trouble is to be
really objective when you invest in a tweak - you Want it to sound
loads better!
