Thank for all the help on this issue. As one lister pointed out, the real-mccoy switches seem to have an overcentre action to activate, which I have to agree with. The el-cheapo I have in my aircraft is a PITA from that viewpoint as a good sneeze seems to turn it on. Leigh Bunting Colonel Light
