If I'm not completely mistaken you can install XML::LibXML and
XML::LibXSLT without installing it, can you.
Did you install the modules using CPAN or Mac-Package-Manager? If it's
the second one should inform Apple that their package-dependencies are
not working/not correct.

SVG2AnyFormat-Module for AxKit. The other way is to use the existing one
to generated pdf via latex although I don't know if it still works. If

following possibilities:
1) Using axkit:-URIs = XSP-DBI-XML
2) Using xincludes

means that the URL looks like this:
http://your.host.com/pam.xml?html.stylesheet=docbook-bsd.css
The only thing I'm not sure is whether . is allowed.
