I descend from Maria Tavares Carreiro d. of Manuel Tavares de Medeiros and
Maria Carreiro. She was born in S. Miguel and also had two brothers born
there, Manuel and Antonio.
I couldn´t find yet the freguesia where Manuel Tavares de Medeiros and
Maria Carreiro got married around 1875.

My GGGrandfather Christiano Machado Pereira married twice - 2 sisters
