My grandmother's first cousin married a Joaquim Flores. I just recently
found his birth on July 9, 1868 in Topo Sao Jorge. His parents were

Records are organized by freguesia (village). So you need your freguesia to

microfilm. All the Flores records are on the CCA site (up to 1910).

regarding the crew member of Flores Whaling ships from the 1870s to
1890's. My gg grandfather, Antonio Pedro Freitas apparently worked on
a whaling ship out of Flores during this timeperiod, and at somepoint
