Hi there,
I've been having some problems attempting to increase the write speed to my
tape drive through Bacula.
If I use the operating system to communicate directly with the tape drive, I
get the appropriate read and write speeds but using Bacula, I get a third of
the speed. I have tried spo
I get the following errors daily and cannot figure out where this is coming
from. I have already resolved my earlier problem which was a bad IP address

This is most likely caused by a firewall or a bad password.

You meant, the pool is named with the quotes? I don't think Bacula
supports that :-)

This was for Bacula 2.2.5 running on RHEL4 with MySQL 4.1. I do happen to
have a pool named "Monthly Pool". You are correct, there is a quoting
error. If I adjust the quotes, I can get the query to work. Do I need to
rename my pool?

hi all,
i got quick question about it - can someone tell how to properly query
mysql directly about next volume?

All,
I had an email sitting in my inbox this morning, that was generated by
Bacula, but I'm not sure why or how.

I am still experiencing this problem on a regular basis; not every job
does this, but it seems a good 40% do each night. I cleaned both of my
tape drives last night, but I still get the fatal errors. Here is another
example:
