I keep forgetting to make sure I re-enable eMMC, and then get hosed when I
reboot after installing a new kernel.
Is there a reason eMMC is disabled in these (I just tried 3.19.3)?

I believe bonescript needs a few more fixes for v4.x, that's one of the
reasons we only upgraded to v0.12.x
Hi Robert,
Thanks you. I works perfectly with node v0.12.
I will try node v4.x/5.x also.
Thanks.

Hi,
I am working on debugging our customized AM5728 board. I am able to start
to boot the kernel. However the kernel crashed during the usb
initialization. The booting log is shown as following. Could anyone give me
some insight for debugging this problem? Our board is designed based on the

big error in your face when the quotes were omitted? Or is the problem
elsewhere?

Beagleboard XM Rev. C for sale
I have seen others in this forum doing this, but if it against forum rules,
please delete it.
Includes:
HDMI DVI-D Male Cable (6-ft)
AC Power Adapter 5V@2.5A (5.5mm)
USB DB9M RS232 Serial cable
Clear case for Beagleboard with holes for all ports
microSD card
The BBB ROM code does not try to execute anything in LSN 0, so whether any
non-partition table bytes are x86 or random garbage is moot. Good luck
trying to modify the ROM code so that it did.

Hi
Update: After trying many times, I can boot the board and SSH to it
successfully.
The tip I learn here is to:
- Disconnect wi-fi connection between before connect the board (I don't
know if this really help, or just coincidence).
- Wait longer after 4 LEDs on. Can be 5 seconds.

My BBB has to communicate with a new homemade cape, which has different I2C
sensors and a MCU controlled by UART.
The BBB has a Debian 7.8 distro, Debian 4.6.3-14, with 4.1.18-ti-r56 kernel.
Then, I need to add cape support into capemgr in order to work with the
cape.
Looking for some info, I
I tried to access serial console and this is what I get:

Hello
I have an BeagleBone Black with Debian Wheezy preinstalled. I bought an 8GB
microSD card and wrote bone-debian-8.3-lxqt-4gb-armhf-2016-01-24-4gb.img
image to it (with dd). The writing was complete. I mounted it in Ubuntu
laptop to check its content.
Then I plugged the card to BBB to
