please change the value in the settings for "various Artists" to
something else like "Artists on Samplers".
Using the same Artistname like in that settings is / was a common "dont
do that" years ago and i am pretty sure that isnt changed.

- just changed (with an editor like you) some playlists and did a rescan
for playlist.
The removed file from that playlist isnt shown anymore in this playlist

right now your update behavior for linux works like a charm.
I would like to have a small improvement.
Right now my (and all other installations) on Debian always gets the
"_all.deb" Version.
There is nothing wrong with the "_all.deb" but its a big overload for
the distributionserv

so i did a wipe db and

i just had some very strange issue (of curse of some experimentals from
me) and stopped my server, kicked all the files from
