There are 2 simple ways to deal with that.
Either tell folks not to send you forwarded messages, or, simply delete them
when you recieve them.
You can't control what others do,but you can control what type of messages
you read.

amazed at how quickly I'm moved to the second page. I then hit up arrow
one time to move to bottom line on first page, and press Insert
