Ok, what is a good wireless indoor/outdoor thermometer? Doing internet
searches I found price ranges from around $14 to almost $200.
Just seeking some recommendations.

I just recently broke out a new cane. It is a rigid, Aluminum, crook
handle cane. The rubber grip is about 2.5 inches down the shaft from the
bend. I find it annoying and would like to slide the grip up closer to
the bend. The sucker is on there pretty tight though. Any suggestions
the meter is the one from Marlin P. Jones that's been discussed so much
recently on the list.
And yes you surely should be able to use it to check house circuits either
voltage or resistance.

sound devices and find out what setting it is on. Some have different settings
for speech, editing and entertainment. Music playback should be done in
entertainment. Also you can set it up to have access to it on

The extinguishers do really make an awful mess. You may also want to find out
a little about the expenses involved in having the fire department out. I have
not checked this out myself, so this is a reminder for myself also in my new
house. Better safe than sorry, but some communities charge

Those are actually putter grips in most cases. Some still say Golf Pride on
them. They are held in place with double sided tape. The best way to loosen
them up is to slide something in under the low end or small end of the grip.

CO2 extinguishers are good for bringing the temp of oil or grease fires down as
long as you feather the trigger when squeezing it. Full force you can spread
the fire farther. And remember not to get your fingers or
