Use the show isdn status command. If you see "ccm-manager" then it is
controlled by the callmanager using mgcp. Otherwise it is controlled locally
on the router and will use dial-peers.

I think the command "show ccm-manager music-on-hold" and "sh ephone summary"
only shows you information when the MOH is being streamed to an PSTN Phone,
when you put on hold an internal phone, in that case it will not show you
anything.
The only command to check if the Multicast MOH is working
reboot. Everything started working as expected.
I have this very nasty habbit of not rebooting things

I think those that were not aware of the Pub's in the
Proctorlabs setup were most likely not reading the
hundreds of emails that come through this mailing list
and also are going off the Lab workbook which
specifically states their is no Pub.

Proctor Lab does have a PUB for every pod. The PUB was added to every pod for

I don't know why the stats are displaying under show call-manager-fallback
since you don't have 'moh music-on-hold.au' configured. I don't know if
these stats reflect multicast group announcements. I would venture to guess
that since the phone was configured to use multicast moh (via the mrgl)

If you configure your branch router to source Multicast MoH via SRST, you
should still see the MoH perfmon counters increase even though the MoH is
not traversing the WAN.

Hey Guys,
I thought Id chime in really quick to clear up what confusion I could: All
Proctor Labs Voice vracks have both a CCM Pub and Sub. SQL replication
between them is broken by default as Jacob stated previously, and must be
rectified by the student.
Pub: 10.200.X.21
Sub: 10.200.X.20

procotor labs doesn't have a PUB in the Pod. everthing should register with
the sub.

Is your remote router running SRST? Try doing a show ccm-manager

Onur,
I am wondering if the Pub/Sub registration issue could
possibly have something to do with the SQL replication

Onur,
Are you using 4-digit dialing on your phones within
your pod or network? Are you telling the Gateway to
expect 4 digits on the 6608 GW configuration page?
This caught me the other day and I fought with it for
quite some time, excessive labbing is making me forget
things I think.

I took CRSD years ago and it was good enough. But with anything, you still need
your own practice time to fully understand what you've learned by the fire hose.
I think it took me a week of scripting on my own after the class to really
understand everything.

I started with the IPExpert DVD bootcamp, which gives a very good
tutorial on basic ACD scripting (better than any of the Cisco
documentation). I then took the Advanced Scripting Class a few months
back from a Cisco partner which was great (5 days of pure scripting
labs). I went in with very basic
