No, it's NOT the CSS on the translation pattern. It's the CSS on the GK trunk.
Now, if you don't understand the difference, then i would highly suggest that
you lab it up yourself!

No Jonathan, you didn't read my posts correctly. If you went back to read it
again, you would see that my CSS for translation patterns DID have the
pt-internal. That was why it worked when i called from BR2 phones to HQ and
BR1 phones. If I didn't have the pt-internal in my CSS for
I know there was a post on here a while back that has the solution to restart a
certain IPCC Express service to have the ICD extension showing up when you try
to associate a user to an ICD resource. Does anyone know what's the service
name? I can't find it anywhere. It's not the CRS Engine
So, basically what we said initially CSS on translation pattern...

I'm not reading it the same way. I'm understanding that the css of the
gk trunk needs visibility of the cti ports. The translation still does
the translation (stripping of tech prefix) but the Css of the trunk is
used to forward the call onto the cti port. If the end destination was

That was what i had to do to fix the problem. I gave the GK trunk visibility

yep- thats probably a typo.
The call flow is:
(1) Call comes into trunk with DNIS=1#1710.
(2) Matches Translation Pattern.
(3) 1# stripped.
(4) Matches CTI RP 1710.
To get from step (3) to step (4) logic dictates that the CSS of the
Translation pattern should see the CTI RP. However the
I actually ran into this problem yesterday and rebooted the server... (after
several unsuccessful Engine restarts...) after I added the IPPA service,
JTAPI died... a reboot fixed it...
Not sure which service tho...
