Remove the class AutoQoS-VoIP-Remark from any policy-map, then you can
remove the class-map from configuration,
Losing conectivity is a normal part of the auto-qos process when you are
using mlppp. Once you apply it to both sides, conectivity should be
reestablished,

Running CUCM 7 inside of VMWare ( as I supposed most of us are). How do
you execute a clean shut down/restart of the entire CUCM app? Im not
talking about restarting the services. I have tried to SSH to the CLI,
but no options there jumped out at me th

I have a real world question that smells of CCIE Voice lab material.
I have a DID that rings into the CUCME system and is translated to 30500.
Extension 30500 (ephone-dn 99) currently rings in to a receptionist (ephone
17). There is a mailbox configured on CUE for 30500 that correctly displays

1.Create voice translation rule that changes the 30500 to 30522 and
