Just to throw more confusion into the mix..Look on page 110 of the CCM4.x SRND you will find more numbers and they are not the same as the QOS SRND page 33. For the lab you are good going with the SRND #'s. You may be given a +-10% factor in the lab ;) so you are good using the SRND numbers
