For some reason, I can't see to block the multicast MOH. I've tried

I'm getting secondary dial-tone on forwards to voicemail in SRST mode
from PSTN. I'm able to call internally and it routes to the appropriate
mailbox in SRST mode, but calls from PSTN are routing back to the SRST
router and giving secondary dial-tone. Any ideas?

I discovered there wasn't any ring back on AAR calls from MGCP

When my gateway registers with the gatekeeper, CME phones get fast busy
and Unknown Number when calling AA pilot. As soon as you enter no
gateway, it starts working.
It works fine as long as the gateway isn't registered with the
gatekeeper. Any ideas?

Copy the filename from C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath (leave off the

The gateway is calling device (on the VoIP network). In the case of a
redirected call, the called party becomes the redirecting party, so its
AAR Group/CSS is not used. When Location bandwidth is exhausted, the
calling device needs to know the prefix (AAR Group) and appropriate
gateway (AAR CSS)
I think ICT is being used figuratively here (e.g. a trunk between
disparate systems), not literally.

There's a caveat. When unregistered, the DN's CFNA setting is
inherited. If a remote phone has CFNA to VM (or anything else) in
normal operation, it cannot be reached internally during SRST mode.
SRST is really outbound only, as users will not know to dial 9 + DID.
