[OSL | CCIE_Voice] CUPS- Presence - deskphone mode not active

hi Guys, In the client I get the option of deskphone mode in CUPC but when I select it  the mode does not get applied. In show server health I see the Desk phone mode says " Partially Connected(Primary) - Cannot Connect to Phone". I have checked the cti server / gateway profile and it is fine.
