Happy Happy Friday to all and to all a Great Happy Hour! ;)
The world is not awake yet ;)
It's only 5:35am in Benny-Land ... Eastern/Central strip is just getting
in their cars to go to work ... And forget about Beth ... We have hours
before we'll hear from her!
The Aussies and the Europeans have prolly hit the pubs ...
Looks like it's just you
(*chuckles*) We're not all asleep over here... some of us do get to
work before the bell.
Happy Friday everyone! I'm free of the visting family (had my mother
and two of my aunts staying with me for the last week) and it's
definitely looking to be a picnic-perfect weekend.
Unfortunately,
the easterners should be at work nothing here to read and keep me awake!!

I was intending on doing exactly that about 2 weeks before memorial day.
Unfortunately because of animal problems it was put on hold.

hehe no ruckus yea I notice it works good but you only deplete the Muscle
and water in your body instead of the fat content but if you continue to eat
the rest of your life like that you'll not regain the weight.
Good luck to you.
Oooh drop the weight you want and then transfer to ediets ;)
It was a great place to take chicks :). I forget the name of the walking
bridge but its the walking bridge right next to the Verrazano Bridge.

The biggest thing I cut from my diet was soda pop (was up to a 4 cans a
pepsi a day). I drink only water. I also cut a few other things, but not
as big. Big difference after a few months. Exercise still the same.

amen that's what did it good for me with the working out. Because I couldn't
stick to the firm diet as much but the exercise, sports and not drinking 4
liters of sugar all day. Now the 4 liters of water is heavy and I may have
to pee every 13.4 seconds but at least I am gonna be back into my 36's
I've cut out everything except seltzer (mmm) and water. Occasionally, a diet soda...
I do miss the occasional beer (although Atkins allows you to drink straight vodka -
g)
