Alienware's also built their reputation on good service and robust
machines that are properly tested etc.
Mike, you're right that the primary feature difference of Alienware is the
case. For you (and me) that's not enough to warrant the extra cost. But I
will admit that when I've built my own systems I've paid a little extra for
a "cool looking" case over a just as functional, cheaper case.

In my previous emails I did say I have some support that I can't mention and the
software was that support. It's just not something pushed forward for the world
to see. The inside information is a major plus as it lets us have information in
FA just about as fast as anyone else.

But other manufacturers will configure a machine to spec , offer good tech
support, and make you think you like it.
I still think the only unique thing you get with Alienware is a case. Of
course, everyone else is entitled to their own opinion.
