Our team (3 developers) currently uses Studio MX (predominatnly DWMX...not
so much even Flash or Fireworks).
One of the group has made a request (direct to the boss) for an upgrade to
Studio MX 2004, citing better support for CSS, stability, speed, and easier
connectivity between CF and Flash.
The component browser is worth the upgrade, as well as the CSS support. The
coding environment has substantially improved. Application speed seems to be
improved as well.

Anyone want to guess what the major announcement will be today? If they
have already announced water, I figure it is one of two things:
1) 100% confirmation of water (before, wasn't it just 99% sure?)
2) Signs of life (from the past, not current).

Hold on another 6 months and wait for 802.11n. 111 mbps. The first
models should be hitting America by September and will drive down the
cost of g devices.
For that matter, 802.11b devices probably will be handed out as free

The accelerated g requires components at both ends that are compatible. So
Netgear's access point will only speed up Netgear cards. It does this by
basically bonding two channels to double the effective bandwidth, but the
bonding mechanism is proprietary to each vendor afaik.
