I just find it curious that these conversations often start with "Mac
doesn't do XYZ" (as this thread did way back there) and then once all

Yeah, I remember that, and Cameron's point about dual booting is spot on.
The same hardware costs less other places tho. MPBs *are* put
together nice (besides the non-user-serviceable-ness). The keyboards
have been swell on the last couple models... dunno about cleaning out
