I have never, since the very first time I had an email account a gazillion
years ago, ever had an email that was not intended for me :(
I have had the same business email address since 1998 though ... I guess
that probably nixes the fun stuff in the bud ..

I get these constantly. They range from annoying to very sensitive personal
information (loan applications) to hearbreaking ("please come to the
hospital to say goodbye to Aunt ") For the sensitive to heartbreaking
ones, I try to gently inform the person they have the wrong email address.

heartfelt plea for a prayer for this or that.
