I bought a copy of CFMX Prof. Edition for Windows
yesterday, and I'm having a hell time in getting it to
work (first such experience in my whole life).
My Windows XP Prof machine had a trial copy of CF5.0
running, and I'd like to keep it for some time, so, I

I believe with SQL 7, each time when a view is created
('saved'), it saves and maps the underlying schema for
the view, hence, later on, if there's any schema
revision, e.g. a column is added, the new stuff (the
new column) won't be returned by the view.
At least that's the theory, I haven't tested

would have this problem but rather the
assumption/oversight of server-side validation such as
_date prefix that there won't be column name ending
with _date has proven to be incorrect/clear.
